This has gone straight to my favorites list. I love this type of active recovery/mobility workout! Nicole has such a knack for combining feel-good exercises that still make you work (without it just being a stretching routine), thank you for this one!
I often make the mistake of working out on a day that I’m really sore. This was perfect. I will do more of these.. still pretty red and sweaty for a recovery workout. ❤ 😊THANK YOU FITNESSBLENDER!! Can’t say it enough how much I absolutely love all the additions to the family!

This one is surprisingly challenging! It got my heart rate going really well. I loved the different low mobility movements!
I've done this once a week for the past three weeks and it still gets my heart rate going nicely each time. Love it!

I love all these work outs. One day yoga, next day, Fitness Blender. Interspersed with swimming and walking dog. I am 6 months post hip replacement….can’t tell you how grateful I am for these. A bonus: I get to use the Powerblock weights my husband gave me!

I really do not enjoy cardio. So when I see a day in an FB challenge without dumbells, I don’t quite look forward to it. BUT Nicole, you changed my mind! It was an excellent workout. I can’t believe I’m saying that I enjoyed cardio! Thank you Nicole & FB Team ❤

A bit knee-heavy so the modifiers were good. Honestly probably my favourite FB workout so far!

I started slow and shallow because I'm still very sore from the lower body workout from two days ago, but kept pushing and halfway through picked up the pace and range of motion. I didn't think I would sweat this much! 😱Awesome workout! 👌🏻

Curious if you have any modifiers for last exercise with the twist and open book. L4 is torn slipped disc and that would only encourage it to get out of wack. Trying to consciously get back into shape after fearing working out for 3 years. Dieting just won’t cut it. Have to work my body.
