    Hi everyone...I think today’s workout will be a real highlight of BeastMode...chest and triceps...it’s going to be tough..plenty of push ups and presses....but what a feeling of strength and accomplishment there’ll be at the end!! Have a great workout everyone...have fun!! Matthew
    PS...Hi Caroline...this has for me definitely been the hardest workout of the BeastMode series...by the end my triceps had almost stopped working...and the finisher was just so hard! I used my new 12.5 kg weights for chest press...then 8 kg for the rest! At the end...after a few minutes...I thought my triceps had a little more so I dropped to 6 kg and did the 10 minute add on! Hard but fun! I’m planning another long country walk in The Chilterns for active rest tomorrow! See you for Friday full body! Matthew

    My TRI-ceps were definately TRY-ceps today as I pushed myself through this demanding session. I somehow step up to the plate each and every time and though I’ve several more years on you I do the best I can and push myself to do every single thing I’m able to the most of my ability. You’re making me appreciate aging all the more for finding that I’m performing more physically than I ever have in all my life. THANK YOU so much, Caroline!

    I felt more like a “failure” than a “beast” with this one. By the time we got to tricep push-ups I couldn’t even do one, and normally I’m pretty good at those (only after a year of working out with Caroline). I could get down but had to drop to my knees in order to get up. And the finisher?! I couldn’t even do any! I sort of flopped to the floor, then all my might tried to get up with my knees on the floor and even THAT was tough! BUT I put in maximum effort, and that makes all the difference in the world. Even though I couldn’t do this as well as I’d like to, what I did do will make a difference in my strength and I know my muscles got a great workout anyway and will be feeling sore tomorrow. So I’ll give myself a🏅for keeping on going 😃

    One day...
    I've been using your upper body workouts with dumbbells to get to the point that I can actually do a pushup. Still not quite there yet at 189lb/85.7kg, but you've been helping me lose the 42lb/19kg I've lost so far. Thank you for kicking my butt.

    Just finished with add-on and 10 min complex ab workout. Can't explain sense of accomplishment after this while doing dead stop pushup my arms gave up,dead stop tricep pushup I skipped with tricep pushup .Still tricep pushups are difficult to perform but getting better with time . Solid workout . Enjoyed it thoroughly.Thanks Caroline for this awesome workout.Have a nice day...

      I hear ya. I've been following along with Caroline since the beginning of EPIC 1, and I still do tricep pushups on my knees. Stick with it and keep trying!

      Hi Devansh, yesterday was a killer session for the legs. I look at Caroline during the workout and being always amazed about the weight she's lifting. She's beauty and beast combined. Have a super session, by the end of the week we're gonna be super worked out 💪🏼

      I feel my legs today but it is a good pain💪 this session was one of the hardest chest and tricep workouts I have done in a while. Dips after diamond press were pure fire and tricep push ups were soo hard after all the previous work. Caroline is just out of this world, she did tricep push ups like it was the first exercise😅👌 the finisher was brilliant as always, love doing deadstop push ups, but I wouldn't mind changing the exercise to deadstop and just lying on the mat😅😅

    Super chest and triceps workout this morning. This was definitely the BEAST of all BEASTS upper body session. What an amazing feeling at the end even though the triceps were trembling by the end, at failure I would say 🤪. Huge well done to all the GIRVANISTAS for completing this workout 👍💪💪💪👊👊✅. We are definitely being challenged this week, brilliant ✅👍

    Just finished - today's workout was a solid upper body burner! Especially enjoyed those push ups. When I did the finisher my triceps ceased to work. Combined this session with the recommended add-on and an outdoor run. Thank you, Caroline for always pushing us that one step further! 💪🏻💖🤩

      @@isabelleweiler5603 Hi Isabelle! How are you doing? I had to get up very early and the temperature was pleasant in the morning - so I went for a run and really enjoyed it! This chest & triceps workout was outstanding ... very tough! I used 2x10 kg (it allowed me to squeeze in as many reps as possible), my push up bars for extra depth, normally 7,5 kg are fine for triceps but today I had to switch to 6s. I did 48 normal push ups and managed to do 32 triceps push ups ... then my arms were shaking - it made me laugh to watch it! Training to failure! 💪🏻🤣🤣 Hope your training goes well, Isabelle!     This one is my favourite chest and triceps! Since doing it from the very first time I've managed to up my weights! Started on 10kgs and 6kgs now using 15kgs and 10kgs! I've repeated this several times as is my main go to for chest and triceps. Thank you Caroline! 😊

      Me! towards the end doing the Diamond Cobra’s i love doing those (because your basically laying down) BUT doing that many reps.. i was struggling a bit🥲

    That was tough but so happy I managed to do it with my arms still sore from Monday. 😁 💪 Nothing better than a good upper body workout. This is definitely my favourite series so far. Love the BeastMode 💕

    I have been eagerly waiting for this chest and triceps workout!! I am sure my arms would be on fire after doing it 🔥🔥 We have body weight dips and push-ups combined with weighted exercises...     Total beast!!!! This was soooo tough today! Every set felt so hard! I thought my arms were going to break off during the dips 🤣 this was great though, muscle being built for sure, you can literally feel it happening! Thanks for killing me today!     I started doing your workouts about 3 months ago. I started with 1.5kg baby weights, which I had been using for years. I'm now using 4.5kg weights and thinking of getting heavier ones! You motivate and inspire me to push harder. You're amazing Caroline! Thank you!

    Yesterday's leg day was seriously intense and today another outstanding session though it's hard for me to do push-ups after so many flyes but still I finished it 🙃really feeling strong after this 💪

    I am loving the 4 set format. I’m really feeling the burn and it’s pushing me to give it my all and then some! I was still sore from Monday’s workout and today just did me in! My arms will be thanking me even more tomorrow. 🤣 can’t wait for Friday’s full body workout!

    My shoulders rarely get sore from any workouts, and when doing this workout three days ago I could really feel my triceps working super hard and expected them to be sore the next day, but in reality these past two days my chest has been a bit sore and my shoulder muscles have been VERY sore which is a very rare but very welcome experience for me! Thank you Caroline for yet another amazing workout and once again amazing results!

    This series is so so tough, used 16kg and 8kg , 16 is the heaviest I would ever have attempted for chest press, thanks for pushing us to be stronger Caroline! I'm heading off to die a little in a corner somewhere.

    I'm amazed how i feel my chest burning ONLY after your workouts. I don't know if it's the length of the workout, or the playlist in the background that keeps me going.     Oh those tricep pushups after those tricep presses... taking a longer recovery time after that one wow! What an effective upper body workout ... sweating and 430 calories burned thus far according to my Fitbit but who knows how accurate that is! Thank you Caroline

    I did not have those deadstop pushups at the end in me.
    My triceps really struggled today. I pushed quite hard with the weights during the tricep and diamond presses so I was absolutely spent by 85%.
    A good reminder to pace oneself😅

    This one is sure an intense challenge for me as I am still perfecting my push-ups, I will consider quality over quantity as Caroline always say. Let’s see how it goes, all the best everyone. Have a great workout. We can do it 💪🏾, we are stronger than we think. 🔥
    Workout done. As predicted it was tough for me, I used 10kgs for the first part them dropped to 7.5kgs. The push-ups were a real killer for me, nevertheless I pushed through and the amazing feeling now for having managed to complete, priceless.     This was hard! I did my best with the push ups and dips! I did the add on too cause I felt I needed that extra few mins to make up for the push ups! Enjoy active/rest day tomorrow.

    Can’t wait to do this one as I love upper body workouts! So glad to see two days this week. Love the 4 sets of each exercise. I feel it really works the muscle. Love this series like I love the complexes.

    still felt my legs sore and tender from yesterday’s leg workout… took a nap 😴 this afternoon which made me feel lazy to do anything… beast mode 😳 for real… push-ups were such a struggle especially with triceps and deadlifts at the end…honestly had to cheat a bit 🥲🥲… but so glad I went it through… we are opening here finally and will go back to water and test my strength in paddling… can’t wait for it… thank you…see you Friday!

And the finisher, oof, I probably looked funny, DeadStop pushups looked like cobra to pushup 😆. Like you, felt amazing after. Triceps are Mad Happy they popped out. Have a lovely day too!

    (2nd round ) Completed April 24, 2024. chess press 30 lbs, flyes 15 lbs, diamond press, triceps press, triceps extension 20 lbs, triceps push up on knees, 3 rounds of the 3 last exercices.

    Who ever works Chest and Triceps at 2300.... well me tonight 🤣👊 loved this.
    Used 20Kg DBs for the Press and Diamond Press, 12.5kg for the Flyes and 10kg for the Triceps. Definitely fatiqued with the Diamond Press and managed 12 reps with the 20s. All pushups completed in full with no pauses. Feeling accomplished.... night night 🌙

      Morning Anthony...well done at starting this at 11.00 pm...I was fast asleep at that time! Your weights as always are great! I used my new 12.5 kg for the press, then dropped to 8 kg for the rest and finally did the add on with 6 kg! Perfect for me to finish off my triceps! It’s a lovely sunny day here so I’m going for another long walk in The Chilterns. I’m planning this for Thursdays over the summer. As I now only do teaching in the university my summers are quiet. I no longer have any research or management work to do! Did you see that Mathilda’s boat won their B final at the Olympics. No medals as it was the B not the A final but nonetheless a great achievement and they are now ranked seventh in the world which for a very young crew is good! Have a lovely day!       @@matthewalmond4688 Hi Matthew great workout, but those diamond presses with 20s were hard. I only noticed on set three that I was suppose to use the same as flyes, so just kept going. The Rowing has been exciting but very competitive. Enjoy your walk, heavy rain here atm

    Wow! Seriously, wow! I collapsed on the first try of the finisher. My arms were finished. Could not even get one full one in, they're like jello...lol. Absolutely brilliant workouts Caroline.     i am so happy that i found your channel...awesome workouts...after this session my arms are tired and trembling but i feel the strength within me...plus being a girl, I am inspired by you in so many ways. there is always that mental pressure on girls to look certain way and certain size and i have never fitted in those standards and , i admit, when i used to exercise before, my main hope was to eventually get slim and fit in those standards...but by working out with your videos my aims have changed..to challenge myself,make myself strong physically and mentally,feel good and enjoy the sessions..

    Caroline, you might have just combined two of my favourite things together - lying down and upper body workout 😂 Loved this workout, it felt so amazing! I took a rest day yesterday because I felt sore from the 2 previous days and that definitely contributed to a better workout today. I am not good with push-ups yet and I remember from a previous video that I can do diamond press to engage the same tricep muscles so I did that instead. Will build up to the pushups in time. Loved being a sweaty mess today. Onto the last 2 days of this series! ✌

    25 and 1/2 minutes It was one of the most difficult workout I've ever done. Every exercise brought a new level of hard as the muscles were fatigued. I actually fell flat on the floor on the finisher trying to break out those last few tricep push-ups. Caroline, way to kick it up a notch.😊

    Amazing workout, really enjoying the beast mode series which came at the right time for me as my gyms are shut. Aaaannnd I got to use my new 17.5kgs for chest which is a new PB for DB chest press! Now to use them for more than 2 sets as I had to drop to 15kgs in 3/4.     In short, Brutal! phew, those pushups, and more pushups. Feeling good! I used 2(12, 9 and 7.5)kgs Dumbells. 💪💥
