    Ive started this slowly i can already tell a difference after 2 weejs no bread or pasta im suprised how easy it was. After realizing how tired carbs made me feel . Sugar coffee and smoking are much harder to quit.

      That's fantastic progress! It's amazing how quickly our bodies can respond to dietary changes. Coffee is the hard one for me and is my go to when I need a cheat. Keep up the excellent work!

    New sub 👋 Two of my kids, my son-in-law to be, and I, have all utilised ketovore/carnivore to heal autoimmune conditions, Fibromyalgia, pre T2D, injuries etc etc… amazing way of life for sure! Great content!

    Thats awesome, you should do it long term maybe- its the healthiest diet a human can be on! Im that one cheat person with a sugar addiction, it will definitely throw me off!

      Thank you. I’ve been experimenting with adding some foods in, but nothing crazy. If I experience any negative issues, I’ll be back on 100% carnivore. It’s incredible how powerful and healing the carnivore diet can be for people. I’m pretty disciplined when it comes to cheats, but there are some things I have to be careful of. When you’re feeling good, you don’t want to do anything to screw it up.

    I’m very tempted to try this since I have a lot of autoimmune issues since covid. The only problem I have is that I love running and idk how I’m gonna be able to keep up with mileage with no carbs.

      I’m just finishing up week 4 on 90% Carnivore !! I’m soon to be 60, and my energy/stamina is crazy better, not to mention 10 lbs lighter, sounder sleep and even my teeth feel stronger 🤗

How well someone adapts to the carnivore diet depends on their metabolism, training, and genetics. Some athletes feel more energized and recover better, while others might struggle with low energy. It really depends on the individual.

    Even Mikhaila Peterson takes electrolytes and she's very strict (Lion diet) like her dad.
