Sorry but when fitness or health people say something tastes "fantastic" my instant thought is the opposite. I mean fantastic is very relative. It's probably fantastic tasting in terms of being healthy foods. Anyway my power breakfast is one bowl of oatmeal, 4-5 slices of bacon, scrambled eggs and hash browns. And then finish with some fruit.

And this is why I just buy Kewpie mayo 😂 same ingredients minus the mustard. And if you are diligent you get the Asian verison it has a bit of msg in it also. No preservatives of anything weird I can’t pronounce. Takes all of 7 minutes to go to the grocery store 😂

I haven't stumbled upon one of your videos for a short while. Love it. Well done too. I still take my 55° ice cold showers daily.. for over 8 years now. Changed my life. Although I have been in several ice lakes, I haven't went all out and gotten an ice plunge set up. But i'm still okay with my cold showers. You rock brother.
