    Excellent video! Couldn't agree more with your points. I love that you refer to Monday cardio as soul cleansing rather than punishing.... such a wonderful, healthy attitude! It is clear that you love and respect yourself- thanks for sharing and inspiring others!

    My life changed for me when i read The Magic by Rhonda Byrne, it was so powerful i realised what it was to be truly grateful such a simple thing but so effective.So many things opened up for me that i couldn't really explain, I highly recommend.

    Great video and tips Chelsea! Positive and uplifting. I really identify with what you said in regards to waking up early. I feel more productive and not feeling like I'm wasting my day away.     Love your video! I work full-time, so it's hard to fit all that I want to do... workout, self-care practice, reading, etc. I had spinal fusion 3 yrs ago after working out with a trainer for 12 yrs, so I'd like to do a yoga routine that is easy on the back, but builds core strength. Do you practice yoga at all?

      Thank you, Donna! Yes, it's hard to fit everything in but there's always a way ;) Sometimes it takes a while to find a routine that works best for you. Oh wow, I don't practice yoga but it definitely sounds like finding a nice yoga routine would be beneficial for you! xo

      +Candace Dawn It was pretty similar! The only main difference was that I hadn't read The Miracle Morning yet when I was still working a 9-5. I still woke up before sunrise, did my breathing and meditation exercises, and then went to the gym. I would save the reading and journaling for after work :)

      +pmexplore I look at my schedule and carve out time to work on the course and set a goal for how much of it I want to complete at that time.
