Love your video! I work full-time, so it's hard to fit all that I want to do... workout, self-care practice, reading, etc. I had spinal fusion 3 yrs ago after working out with a trainer for 12 yrs, so I'd like to do a yoga routine that is easy on the back, but builds core strength. Do you practice yoga at all?
Thank you, Donna! Yes, it's hard to fit everything in but there's always a way ;) Sometimes it takes a while to find a routine that works best for you. Oh wow, I don't practice yoga but it definitely sounds like finding a nice yoga routine would be beneficial for you! xo
I would be interested to know how you organized your mornings prior to becoming an entrepreneur? I also would like to see a video on what you eat in a day. :)
+Candace Dawn It was pretty similar! The only main difference was that I hadn't read The Miracle Morning yet when I was still working a 9-5. I still woke up before sunrise, did my breathing and meditation exercises, and then went to the gym. I would save the reading and journaling for after work :)
