    I couldn't do the planks having disabilities, but tried at least. I liked this Denise but don't know what the finish was supposed to have been. Thank you for the 10 minutes. I tried one of your Low impact aerobics before this but it was difficult for me too but Thank you! I think the low impact aerobic one was from your vault of videos and in Cancun, MX. I'm as far as you can go in TX but on the Gulf Coast Above Matamoros, MX.

    What weights poundage do you recommend? You said light weights in the video. Does that mean 1-3 pound variance? Or what would you suggest?
