Make sure to add a compression limiter for that front panel since you will be bolting it into the engine joint. If not, you’ll crack the plastic if torquing to full spec, especially with ABS. Or you’ll induce creep and the joint will eventually fail and be a safety hazard.
Make the hand guards with replaceable bar end protection pieces, so if ends get scratched, or bashed up because the bike was dropped, then they can be simply swapped out.
I don't know if anyone interested as I am but it would be really nice some passenger hand bar or something to hold to....I personale really need one cause these model does not have anyrhing for the passenger to hold to

I would buy R9 set of full fairings for my 24 MT09SP! Do you plan on making copycat for us? I love full or half fairing bikes just cant do the racing seat position anymore. Had 2 600 Bandits and their fairing helped so much with the wind. All the fly screens for MT09SP are just for looks with minimal functionality.

Maybe extend the bellypan closed to the front tire, to give a bit more room for aftermarket full exhaust. More of a wedge shaped

Do you happen to know the torque settings for the two bolts under the seat that are used to install the infill panels?
To be honest, the seat cowl is REALY ugly, you guys should invent one that is complete and can fit right in without the original backseat.

For the belly pan, please make sure it looks good with the sc project s1 exhaust because that is pretty much the best exhaust available for this bike.
