    Amazing video. I followed your step by step explanation . I have been suffering knee arthritis knee pain for long time. My doctor recommend knee surgery and I’m afraid to do it. Upon using your technique I feel relieved and relaxed. My knee pain subsided. Thank you Doctor for sharing your video. God Bless.

    Omg my knees were killing me this morning (its 4:36 am) 😢but I was watching some other video, I decided moving from my bed to sit in a sturdy chair , the other video ended and this one began, WHAT A HUGH DIFFERENCE, this is what I believe in Dr. Alex ❤ it’s not gone away completely but I feel different by following your teachings they made more sense. It has alleviated the pressures I was feeling over AND under my knee. WOW !!! Great video! I am forever grateful 🥹 🎉

    Amazing video. My knee pain stems from an old ankle injury that did not heal well. Often when I exercise I get inflammation in the knee. The pressure points you shared gave me almost instant relief. So grateful for you sharing this thoughtful information 🙏🏾

    Dr. Alex Hui. I fell down and broke my kneecap, the Dr, put three nails and wire in my knee. I only can walking, ( I do speed walk) I am an old grandma now, still do the walk, biggest thank you for your teaching been following you love all your videos🙏❤️😊

    OMG, this is amazing! A few weeks ago I injured my right ne somehow. It got better but not back to normal yet, but definitely much better. Yesterday, I squat down to pull out some weeds from flower bed and the knee pain got so bad I could barely walk. I've been applying some cream and ice but neither helped much. This morning it was still hurting really bad. I looked up some videos on TH-cam hoping to find something useful. Almost skipped this one but Holly cow, that awful pain in the middle of my knee cap is gone after I did these pressure points. I still have some pain but its the pain I had before yesterday and it's much more doable, and I can walk. Thank you so much for sharing this knowledge with us Dr. Hui!

    Thank you for showing us how to massage pressure points for knee pain, because my left knee has been a little bit pain for a few weeks ago, it happened after I exercised maybe something happen with my muscle. I followed yr instructions messaging pressure points for knee pain, I meant that I did. I hope it will heal.😀👍🙏 Amen

    Dr. Hui, I saw anoter video about the Dubi Point on the outer side of the knee. You did not discuss this point It really helped me. I have a bad knee after falling and twisting my knee a number of years ago. I will keep your video along with the Dubi Point video to do them everyday. Thanks for sharing this important information.

    I would rather have broken my leg and both arms as to tearing my meniscus disc and 3 key hole surgeries later. My knee has never been the same. Thank you for these great tips.

    Thanks for the tip. ❤ I suffer my knee for 2 week no medicine and 2 doctor different hospital. Can do anything. I test for uric acid but. Nothing result. I try just now you finger pressure it work the pain is not like before 6:02

    I’m so grateful! It’s perfect! I started running and I’m doing strength training but I need proper pressure points to help the knee. So it’s perfect I’m going to do this every evening to help me recover with tiger balm. 🙏🏽

      Hi CeCe, I am glad this can help.
      I don’t have anything specific for calves, but in this video I have a couple calves massage, you can try it. th-cam.com/video/Xxer7j2U6FM/w-d-xo.html
      And of course, wearing good shoes and constant stretching of the calves would help if you need to stand for a long time. Hope this helps! 😁

    My right knee hurt since Nov...the only thing Doctor gave me just Motrin and Cream the pain coming and going
