    सर जी वीडियो बहुत अच्छी लगी आपकी सर मेरे पास टाइम कम होने की वजह से में gym नही जा सकता थोड़ा बहुत gym का समान घर ही ला रखा है तो सर मेरे forearms बहुत ही वीक है तो सर कुछ खाने पीने का जरूर बताएं मुझे सिर्फ अपने हाथों पर ही फोकस करना है plz सर जरूर बताएं में tnsn में रहता हूं इसकी वजह से 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

    please make a video on wrist pain, wrist exercises. I am getting click sound on rotation of right wrist. It happened 3 years ago while hitting square cut in cricket, resulting huge pain in wrist. Pain was gone in few months but click sound remained forever.

    Guru sir,
    You look awesome, I want to make my body like you. My height is 5.6” and weight is 69 kg. Until the age of 20 years I was physically very strong and powerful especially when I worked in a gym for 6 months but my biceps have never been attractive whereas my back shoulders, chest, and width of my shoulders is natural. In my childhood, I was fat and people use to make fine of me but after the age of 14 gradually my body became very slim and smart which maintained till my early days in a gym but after 6 months I noticed that my body is increasing. Due to some reasons, I left gym and to maintain my body I started so called dieting which converted my body to a super slim look and I reduced a lot of weight and power. Since then I am so powerful as I was earlier. Moreover, I worked in a call center for 3 years and in call center, all the agents use to sit for 8 years without any break which increases their weight. So, again I started the following diet:
    Breakfast: 4 slices of bran bread with a cup of tea
    Lunch: 2 or apples/cucumbers (2 days in a week a plate of chicken biryani)
    Dinner: 1 or half roti or a plate of rice (sometimes a cup of ice cream before or after dinner)
    Now 2 years ago I started getting bit fat so I started 1 kilometer walk in afternoon which helped me a lot and then I increased walk to 2 kilo meters and added ½ kilometer jogging, since last one year I converted walk into 3 kilometers jogging (sometimes add ¼ kilometer splint) meanwhile I noticed pain in my different joints which started from ankle and move to knees and shoulders. I thought I am getting weak so I started gym to make myself strengthen. In early days, my muscles started growing but since last 6 months their growth is stopped and I am getting weak and my stamina has also been reduced.
    Please help me as I want to become super strong with prominent biceps, triceps, and shoulders without any fat. I am not a rich person but I love my life, I cannot afford latest gyms and nutritionists fee.
