    I've been doing his different workouts every week, twice a week, I can only do 3 reps, but working my way up to four. Love these workouts!! No hassle, straight to the point! Thank you!

    I just finished this yesterday with a 35 plate, I took longer breaks but got it done, legs are sore as hell. Great workout, need to do this at least once a week!

    Just now was my first time doing this workout and I made it through all 5 rounds. This was intense but I’m feeling it 🙌

      Thanks! You can try to either decrease the weight to complete all the rounds or keep the weight the same and add an extra round each workout.
