This was my third week into training, before tried with only HIIT have decide to inlcude Strength too. I do really can see how the improvements are coming to my muscles. THANKS !!! and warm up and cool down absolutely helpful

this was awesome and its always nice hearing you talk! the tricep extensions on the mat were confusing though. I am not sure how position to do them... i know I am doing them incorrectly because I don't feel anything! #help
