Yes you can make it, I've learnt over the years that grades are not the best indicators for humans intelligence. What if you got a D and went ahead and studied hard for your certificate, diploma and degree while the rest of us who went to campus direct just stare at the clock as time races, you'll definitely be better than the rest as long as you work harder.
