    @Ninja Nerd awesome video, thank you, but there is something worth mentioning: Benzos are positive-allosteric modulators of GABA-A ionic channels: they bind to an allosteric site instead of the alpha-2 subunit - that's the reason why the Cl- entry is dependent of the GABA endogenous disponibility.

    I would like to see a progressive video on opioids and treatments such as methadone subutex, suboxone. Also physiology of addiction and reward pathway ion brain. I feel like most providers and nurses dont know anything about these topics and since we are experiencing an opioid epidemic due in part to doctors overprescribing and misprescribing. Also, important to address how people who use opioids require more pain meds than the average person and doctors shy away from this now since the pendulum has swung the other way and people have to suffer in pain.
