Thank you for the walk-around. It was especially helpful that you pointed out all the electric outlets, the solar output, solar charger, and all the other small details that often get missed.
Good Monday morning Ruby. Glad to see you're doing well. Thanks so much for your thoughts on the new 2023 Winnebago Hike 100 small towable trailer. 😉😉👍👍
She's good at showing the products. Most reviews are full of you get this you get that, you get this haha. Calm down I haven't signed up to get anything yet.
Very cool. I love how compact it is, yet somehow roomy. They squeezed some great things in there! You can't beat a shower, and toilet! Any in Texas, South, or central yet?
Hello Adrian, Glad you liked it! I am not a dealer or seller so I am not sure if there are any near you. You should contact your local dealer to find out more info. Thanks for Watching!
I like the exterior of this small off road camper but the inside is just mehh, but can definitely see a need for it. Esp if you want to tow it behind a B van for extra living space. FYI on the outside I don't think those are levelers but jack stands to keep the camper stable on the ground. The front tongue jack is used to level front to back and then you would use blocks to level left to right.
Hello Pete, the Winnebago Hike is available in 5 different floor plans, some of which provide more sleeping space or cargo space. Also, yes I believe those are stabilizing jacks. Thank you so much for watching!
Water dripping out of the 30A electrical connector when the cap/cover was removed? "Shocking," yes? I'm kind of an old-fashioned and prefer to keep water and electric well & truly separated. But maybe that's just me. ;-) -- BR
@@Adventure-Mom my idea van is the Leisure Van's. Are you doing any new video's on them. You look so amazing in you video's. It is you hand movements and of course beautiful. Thanks you.

Hike100 is a swing and miss. Can’t wait to find someone to buy mine to get out from under it. No instructions for any of it, and I had no kidding at least half a dozen things break within the first trip. Not sure why it’s advertised as having off-road suspension when the interior can’t even hold up to a smooth gravel road free of potholes without everything falling apart. The bathroom is basically unusable (I'm only 5'10 for reference). We only use it as an absolute emergency, otherwise it's outside like tent camping. The fridge isn't propane so you need a generator 24/7 or are forced to use an ice chest. The "Electric cooler" it comes with isn't battery powered so again you need a generator or running vehicle making it nearly pointless. The ridiculous batwing awning? If I wanted to spend an hour setting up a tent I wouldn't have bought a trailer. The Hike 100 is basically an overweighted towable covered bed with a water pump and heater that dropped my gas mileage to 6MPG. Best part? No dealer near me will even honor the "warranty" for everything that immediately broke since I didn't purchase it here. Winnebago should be ashamed of this one.
Yeah, they lost me at the electric refrigerator with no option to be powered by propane. I’m hoping people don’t think one solar panel will power that thing. Maybe if it was cloudless and the sun never set?
God damn buddy! I feel bad enough for you after reading that one that I'd offer my services to your free of charge! Thats If you would like to clean up on a full coverage insurance claim 😉 because unfortunately that's probably the only way your ever going to get it paid off in full and not fuck your credit up! Strangely enough, it will actually make your credit score 100x stronger from showing a vehicle pay off.
Thanks for the review. Looks like another hard pass on a travel trailer. I can’t find a single one that actually has decent reviews from people that have owned it. Seems like the RV business is one big giant scam
I'm guessing that small Travel Trailers (TTs) like this Winnebago Hike 100 are mainly meant to be a clear step-up from tent camping...so compared to tents this is definitely that. LIVING in one would be another story but that'd be true of anything small. Personally, (I HAVE lived in smaller places in my life, but that's another story and wouldn't want to do that again. ;-) Still, for weekend camping trips and such, seems like it (and other TTs like it) would be fine, especially in inclement/cold weather where tent camping would be less comfortable. But the price is up there, so "for a few dollars more" (with Sergio Leone's permission to use that!) you could go for an Airstream Basecamp 16 maybe...and it has a larger (and "panoramic") kitchen area. The sink is pretty tight on this Hike 100 (barely usable?), there's no real counter-space and the solar controller is in a very weird & difficult place to access (what were they thinking). But at least it has a bathroom (some small TTs don't), a sealed underbelly, decently insulated so it should protect campers better from the wind, rain, snow/cold than a tent would. And asince it has an AC, hot-weather camping would be more comfortable, too. And given its weight, even MY truck (mid-size) could tow it w/o issue. Probably not angry-Sasquatch-proof though, so that would be concerning (if you were camping/boon-docking in OR or WA forests, that is)...yet a tent would be WAY worse. -- BR
It is very impressive that you showed the roof. That is the first time I've seen a lady do that. Great job!

I think like very functional and would be perfect for someone who needs the basics. It seems fairly spacious. I love sofa/Murphy beds. TFS 😊
Hello B H, yes I also love the space saving & convenience of Murphy Beds. Thank you so much for watching! 😊
Is it okay to say that I have wild fantasies seeing you on that couch ?
Hi Ruby, great presentation as always. Small but functional. Thanks!
Hello Joe, Winnebago has definitely packed a lot of useful features into this small towable RV. Thanks for watching!
Good little trailer for people who like to go off-road

Amazing price! Looks like this rig is well suited for the off-road experience with that suspension and tires?

Thank you for that review. Unfortunately, all travel trailers are junk and overpriced. I am not sure why it has to be that way but it is.
