    omg when i saw your video i had just finished a 1-hour power and strength workout and while watching your video i had voices in my head "do it right now" and even though i was soooo tired i forced myself and thank you so much for this video!!! You doing it at the same time helps a lot! You rockk!x

    I really like this vid, but it would be nice to maybe have a three second countdown before the 30 second excersise starts. I was not able to switch positions that quickly, especially because I didn't know what was coming. Maybe it's because I watched it for the first time. Keep up the good work tho!

      I love this workout! I agree with having a few seconds to change positions, but I’ve done it enough times now I can keep up better. You touch base on abs in other videos, but I would be so happy if you were to make more follow along videos like this that focus only on core/abs. I’ve only started following you on socials recently, but it’s been great and I’ve had so much fun learning and challenging my body! Thank you!!

    Natasha I've been doing this video with you ever since you posted it. Well every other day :-) Love love love it! I had never done any ab excercises and tried a few other videos but they gave me back pains. These excercises together with the countdown are the bomb!     Kinda hard to change positions from one workout to the other but the rush helps keep the burn. It's definitely one of her first videos and one of the first I've tried. I felt and enjoyed the burn. Looking forward to trying more newer ones!😉

    This is a great workout. I press pause every 3-4 exercises, to take some rest in between. But I really like it because I don't get bored.

    Yeaah, this is great! More home workouts, pleaase! Maybe a weighted one but only with feet weights or exercises that we can use like books or water bottles?
    Maybe a butt home workout with the exercises that you think that are the most effective for people that cannot go to the gym and do weight training? Thank you!!

    Nice video!! I tried it today for the first time and I found it really complete :) even if some exercises, like the 3rd, the one the elbow touch the knee, was a bit difficult to me because of my bad balance hahaha maybe you can give me some tip or just with practice I will improve :)

    Omg just to see the difference between 3 years! You can see the difference in her arms mostly. They werent muscular so they look way smaller. But either way she looks great before and now☺

    I realized that in older videos she doesnt speak at the beginning of the videos like the newer 1s and also each minute has a different exercise but in her newer videos its 4 or 5 exercises repeated 3 or 4 times. I wonder if there is a preference or 1 is more effective than the other.

    Is the arm component of dead bug really necessary? I feel like the leg part is where the work is done.

      it stretches your abs in a full range of motion. so by extending one arm back, your abs are essentially stretching all the way out like a rubber band then slowly coming back in.
