Hey Laurel! Thank you! Looking at your exercises you were showing during the video one can see youre working with big movement which is mainly possible thanks to our outer layer of abdominal muscle. Also it is difficult to train your core strength isolated. Interval training I agree is a good method on burning fat but I aswell must say that a 7min Intervall ses. is a bit short. I needed this channel and I didn't knew!
Love this format! Would love more!!!
Thanks for the informative video :) Always nice to hear the science behind it especially when the person teaching you knows what they're talking about :)
Thank you Nick!! It's nice to constantly be using aspects of my degree, I love learning so it's nice to be able to share it with those who are interested too (: xx
Informative videos are what keeps me on track with my routines and diet so I love them as they encourage me to reach my goal somehow! Could you possibly one day do a video on the effects of different macros on weightloss/muscle gain please? i find it so confusing yet so interesting :) If not, no worries and thanks for the upload!
That's a great idea I will do! I have a few videos coming up but once they're done I'll get right on it! Good luck on your way to your goal! xx

I love the type of this video, it is probably the best one you ever did 😊 I am familiar with those myths and it's kinda sad that they're not true 😁 Well, this video helped me a lot, thanx for making it ;) I always feel like my stomach is hard when I touch it, but I can't see 6pack actually, I never knew that it can be because of the layers! So helpful and mindful, you are awesome as always ^^ Love you xx
