The only back issue I have is a fusion from my T2-L2. I don't have pain any more, but I don't have the ability to arch much because of the rods along my vertebra. I basically hinge at my waist to bend, but other than that I arch as much as I physically can. (Which isn't much, but at least my posture is good.)
Very nice bro, but i noticed u had muscle imbalances, i suggest actually doing individual muscle work for those imbalances (ex. Using dumbbells or doing 1 arm exercises to let the weak muscle catch up with the strong muscle)
Up the weight you got it. For a home gym you should get a safety setup in case you fail so you can comfortably push yourself. You should feel challenged to the point you can’t count reps like you do.
Looking good. If you don't have back issues, you might want to get some back arch into it. I'd still also recommend keeping the clips off.

I appreciate this response. Can you elaborate? What do you mean by muscle imbalance an how can I tell I have one?
Very nice brother
