I hope the community will let me speak for us. We agree with all your decisions and we're very glad you're taking care of yourself. We haven't gone anywhere and we aren't starting now. Cheers to healthy boundaries- you're doing it right~
I really appreciate your integrity regarding sponsorships. Condolences on all your losses, especially your cat. I can totally relate and know how devastating it is. Things will get better soon 💗
A few years ago you helped my son get some boots when I was in a very similar place. Life has completely turned around for me, and I'm hoping this helps you as much as you helped me then.
I remember you! I often wondered how things worked out. I can't express how happy I am that things turned around for you - you deserve it. This is so incredibly kind and I am beyond grateful. Thank you. Sending you and your son love ❤
This is so lovely of you. I do believe that passing better fortune on is how we should live but I don’t see it as often as I would like. Thanks for helping the world seem a little better.
Girl you could make the next video a giant ad and I would happily sit through it and play all the midrolls. I am happy you are here and that you have survived this horrible shitstorm. Hugs to you from my lil corner of the world
This might be a stupid idea, but maybe she could take on as many sponsorships as possible and do one big video just filled with sponsorships from companies she actually stands behind? Money for Ell and some good recommendations for stuff for us!
Never seen your channel, and have never made a comment on TH-cam before... but thank you for being vulnerable and brave enough to speak openly about mental health. As someone who lives with it everyday I try to do the same. Trying to encourage more empathy in the world.
@@juanatobon Thank you. That's very much appreciated. And I think a day will come for you when you do have the ability to donate or give back. Never give up on yourself or others.
I’m so worried that you accidentally donated this amount because this is an unbelievably large amount to give. Before I say thank you properly, I just want to check that you meant to do that? If not, I’m not 100% sure what recourse I have to refund it but I can always look! ♥️
oh my god. i genuinely don't know what to say or how to thank you. i am speechless. this is beyond kind and generous, it's unreal. i am so emotional. thank you a million times, this helps more than you know and i am so incredibly thankful. I was so sorry to hear that you also have struggled with your mental health. i wish you nothing but good days and i am sending you all the support right back. ❤ (at the risk of sounding condescending which is not my intention at all, im just a little worried: please be responsible when donating as i would hate for you to get into a tight spot because youre too generous. that said, i do massively appreciate how much you have supported me)
There is no reason at all to be worried. Though I really do appreciate the sentiment! But you’ve have most definitely haven’t put me in any tight spot. I’ve been fortunate and lucky enough to have had help from many people throughout my life - especially when dealing with mental health (some still with me to this day) - but each and everyone of them have had an impact. I’ve found helping someone, by simply being vulnerable by being yourself, talking without judgment while having a wordless understanding of what the other may feel or have felt like it ‘breaks the ice’ in a sense. Allowing someone to be vulnerable because they are truly being listened to and understood - sometimes wanting an opinion or advice or simply wanting nothing more than a real human connection, metaphorically by needing no need for words in response for your silent understanding, or a simple hug. Sadly, listening and learning, agreeing to disagree, or even have one’s thoughts start to question themselves on a subject (I live questioning my own views or having my opinion changed - it’s how I grow and learn) to feel as if such views are almost non existent. I’ve found people are becoming more afraid to speak to others, myself included. Even looking at other people. And this truly breaks my heart as empathy and being conscious of other people, among other things, seems to be disappearing from this world. Apologies for my ramble or tangent, I just said what came to mind. It would be awe-inspiring for people to start thinking about someone other than themselves for once. Even for a moment. And I mean that with no judgement. It’s just, in my experience, the ‘happiest’, funniest, people who always are “fine” and always have a smile on their face are genuinely doing everything they can to mask to intense suffering they live with everyday. And no one is expected to magically know that, we’ve practised wearing those masks all our lives. I’m glad I could help someone who genuinely shared their vulnerabilities and emotions online for anyone to see and that it also helped me to reach out to you in the way that I could. I believe we go through all of the shitty, traumatic parts of life for those unforgettable moments of true happiness and wanting nothing more than to feel that way again - whether alone, with a stranger, with loved ones. To share such rare joy with anyone. It’s those moments we should live for. And I’m wishing you many of those moments of being able to blissfully smile and breathe. It’s my pleasure to help. You have also helped me in many ways with this video. So thank you for that. ♥️
Thank you for your kind words. And I do not mean to disregard them with my further comment. But what I find incredible is the amount of people who chose to donate what they could if they could. If not, they gave their time to leave a comment of encouragement which is also incredible. All of those people inspired me to leave my first Super Thanks (which I didn’t know existed). We can all be incredible in our own ways if we choose to be.
Hoping these coming months are better for you than previous ones 🙏 Have watched your videos over the years and are too sweet, deserving of many good things to go your way ❤ Hope this thanks help put you on that path 🙌
I am beyond grateful to you, this means the world and truly has helped me more than you know. I am sorry it took me so long to thank you individually. Sending you all the love and goodness
Sweetheart, I've never seen you or your channel before - it was just there in my feed on TV while I was looking for a place to live on my laptop. I'm 51yo, in America, and going through the EXACT SAME THINGS YOU ARE RIGHT NOW. I had to put down my 13yo cat, Baby, because she was finally suffering from her cancer...it cost $400 USD to kill my cat 6 weeks ago. Now if I don't find a place to live in 5 weeks (I'm on benefits in what you would call Council housing & they're throwing me out after 9.5 yrs), I will be homeless. We are so similar down to PTSD with Chronic Fatigue. I was taught to give, whether I have, or need, or not. It's such a pittance, and I'm sorry about that, but maybe it can go to the vet bills, or toward a car fund. We cannot stand by and watch while people suffer, and remain apathetic. This is for your Atlas, and my Baby. I pray that things get better for BOTH of us. Try to rest tonight, you sweet young lady. 🤍
What goes around comes around. The fact that you’re going through a very difficult period and still donated. You’re amazing and have a great heart. Good luck, I’m wishing you good luck, fortune, love, health and more:)
This is so unbelievably kind of you. I cant express how grateful I am, thank you so sincerely. I am in shock and incredibly grateful for your generosity. I hope life is also kind to you ♥️
I had my own months-long period a few years ago when absolutely everything was going sideways (work, studies, landlord, health, car, at one point I even got accused of being in a hit and run). Last year I also lost my kitty...she was here, and then she wasn't anymore. It is heartbreakingly hard, even more so when it is sudden and you still have to deal with life, bills, commitments. Please take care of yourself. If you just give it time, things will get better.
Thank you SO much for donating to her. Even though I can't help people with money for now, I am happy that kind and generous people like you still exist ♥️
im so sorry for everything that's happened, especially the lose of your kitty - they're family, i understand the pain. Thank you so much for your generosity and words, it helps so much and im so grateful. I hope you're healing and doing well
I am so thankful for each and every wonderful comment that you have all left. It’s often a worry that people will be unkind on the internet but I have always said that Elena has the very best, most empathetic and caring audience. These comments highlight just how fabulous you all are! Thank you all for your kindness and support for Elena. Kisses from her mother😘
I'm self employed too, and know too well how hard it is to have to work when if you were in employment the Dr would have you signed off on sick pay. Thank you for sharing part of your life with us.❤
I have been self-employed for the last 15 years. What you are saying is true, but we are lucky in the UK that we do have sick pay and benefits. If you are self-employed then you can get signed on easily without having to go in each week. Every 6 years.
I'm so sorry for your loss and hardships. We have a belief our animals take on our maladies and will protect us with their lives. 🙏 Atlas was deeply loved and loved you unconditionally. May you have strength and peace in this time. Please take all the time you need and take care of yourself. We will be here when you are back. ❤🩹
I am sorry to hear how badly life has been treating you lately, and I am happy to hear that it's been getting better. Twitch isn't my cup of tea, but TH-cam is - and I am very much looking forward to your shenanigans! I mean, living a few days in a bathroom is something I've only seen you do! 😀
I am so, so, so sorry about your horrible last while and the devastating loss of your little sweet Atlas. :( I lost my sweet girl Thea last summer and I grieve her every day. The loss and her sickness absolutely haunts me. Please take care of yourself. I am so sorry :(
Jesus girl, you've been through the ringer. Glad to see you again and genuinely, thank you for still being here. What you mentioned is a lot for anyone to face. Every second you're around is another second that things can change, and if karma is real, she owes you big time. Hope the community can help send you on an upward swing.
First time I've come across your content. I'm so sorry for everything you've been through lately. Good job standing up for yourself with your landlord. That can be so challenging. I'm so sorry for your cat. You did everything you could with the information you had at the time. And it is clear that cat loved life with you, and loved you. I'm sorry it's not much, but I hope you are in a peaceful, happy stretch of life now and that it lasts. 💜
Following up to add, if you can tell the quality of a person by the company they keep, likewise you can tell the quality of a channel by its comminity. Clearly you are a fantastic human who gives grace, love and acceptance to everyone you encounter and it is reflected in your content because this is one of the most kind and wholesome comment sections I've ever encountered. 💜
@@maemaire82 I was just checking back in and wow. There was a lot of support and some donations when I watched the video but it really has grown in the biggest, most magical way. You are so right about the community being a reflection of the creator. I’m tearing up again just reading the comments. It’s so heartwarming seeing all this goodness in people, it’s easy to forget it’s out there.
I’m so so sorry. This is so much for any human to have to go through. Please just know you are not alone, I cried with you while watching this video. I’m sending so much love and healing your way. I totally understand the not sleeping with PTSD. I had a traumatic event that happened when I was a child, and it happened while I was asleep/waking up to it. After that, I could only ever sleep when I was in my parent’s room for years after the event. Loosing a pet is one of the hardest things we can go through. RIP Atlas🩵 I lost my dog, Annie, a few years ago. She was my first pet that I took care of completely, she was my baby. It’s an unimaginable pain. Time doesn’t heal it, it only makes the hurt feel less overwhelming. I still miss her dearly. Any single one of these events is so difficult to be going through, and having the compounded onto each other is unimaginable. It is completely understandable to need to take some time. I’m sure the majority of your viewers (me included) will just be happy to see a video when you are ready, there’s no need for a schedule and no need to push yourself. Just focus on you and we will be here when you’re ready 🫶🏻
I know how tough things seem to come one right after the other... I'm so glad to see things are looking up lately. Just keep moving forward and take care!
Thank you a million times. This goes above and beyond, and I'm not quite sure saying thank you is enough. I am sending you nothing but good vibes, i hope your days are filled with happiness. Thank you, this helps more than you know and is incredibly generous of you ❤
OMG... Any single one of these things would have flawed me for several years. You are so incredibly resilient. I know being strong doesn't feel like a blessing when we are going through it, but it is what allows us to move forward and keep living and experiencing. Many warm hugs and warm thoughts in your direction.
Oh babe! You're really brave sharing all this and personally I'd be happy you not. I don't think we should normalise content creators having to share every aspect of their life. I respect you greatly for doing it. Life really throws sh!t at us, in force at times. Even when we have precautions in place. Sounds like this is your true rock bottom and now the only way is up! At my rock bottom I found a lot of peace telling myself that I will never feel quite as bad as this ever again. And if I can survive this then that's pretty amazing. You've got this! Btw A lot of us will still love and support you no matter your posting schedule. Or even how amazing your vids are. Concentrate on getting yourself into baddie mode again. Now go meet some friends! your first drinks on me... xx
I’m sorry you’ve been going through such a difficult time. Losing a beloved pet is so hard! Cats are good at hiding illness. He was lucky to have you. ❤
12:11 really shows why I'm subscribed to her. A lot of creators would have folded under far less financial stress. I wouldn't have blamed her for folding here. But she holds on to her morals no matter what and that is so inspirational.
I don't even consider it "folding", though I know what you mean. She has such a strong sense of integrity and sincerity. It is so admirable, and she deserves SO much happiness.
Goodness gracious sweety, what an awful year. Life really hands it to us sometimes. Please know you can take as much rest as you need. Im so glad you are taking time for your mental health. Best of luck healing, I'm so so so sorry about Atlas.
I don't have a lot to give, as I need to pay for school, so I'm sorry this isn't more but.. hopefully, it helps 😢. Also, I am INCREDIBLY sorry to hear about Atlas, I don't know if this information will help or not, but I worked at an emergency hospital for quite some time and in all my time being there, CPR was such an incredibly rare thing for pets to survive. When a pet would crash, if we were able to successfully resuscitate, the entire hospital would remain on standby for when (not if) they crashed again. You did absolutely everything, and probably more, than you could for Atlas and he was so lucky to have you.
Please be more selfish! look after yourself, you deserve it - i know how expensive school can be. I hope you're not too stressed out and are doing well. That said, thank you so much for your super thanks and words about atlas, i do really appreciate it. Your support means the world ❤
I hope this can help. Please let us know if you need more help. We care! I (just) turned 46 and it breaks my heart to hear you have been through such a lot in a short period of time, and I empathise with you. I know what it feels like to have a ton of this stuff happen in one go. Thank you so much for sharing your story. I am really glad this channel appeared in my suggestions. I hope I can offer some words of encouragement here: these things will make you stronger. It is really difficult when you are embarking on this wonderful adventure that is life. So long as you do not allow it to get on top of you, it will remain an adventure. We just have to try and remember that no matter what happens. Losing the son I raised alone for 5 years was the point my life fell apart. No matter how many explanations are given by doctors, people always want someone to blame. Hearing people call you the sickest names as he was buried - really hurt. I know what it is like to go to sleep crying and wake up crying. Lasted so long I thought I was going crazy. Nobody came near to support me. I learned some valuable lessons. Sorry to be so morbid here You have a new subscriber from me. Much love and peace to you, dear @Ellbat x
Hi :) I hope that things are looking up now and you can find the peace that you deserve ❤ I’ve been subscribed for a couple years and always looked forward to your videos. I can’t wait to watch every single one!
I am so sorry that it took me so long to thank you for this. I am beyond grateful not only for the super thanks, but for the fact that you've been supporting me for years. Thank you so much for still being here, it means the world. Thank you a million times
I'm so sorry to hear you're had such an incredibly tough time lately ❤ don't worry about your upload schedule. Take your time to heal! I know this isn't much but maybe it could help you a little bit to get back on your feet.❤
Sounds like it was a real nightmare period. I’m so glad things are looking up! My life fell apart in October, too. Sudden health issues, misdiagnoses, wrongly prescribed medication that seems to have created long term damage. I’ve been stuck in bed for the last six months with docs saying they have no idea what’s wrong with me. This might be permanent. I can’t walk for more than a few minutes without serious pain and I can only sit for a limited period of time. So far, I’ve been able to work from bed, but my employers are annoyed at by lack of physical presence so I might be out of a job if this isn’t figured out soon. Oh, and MASSIVE medical bills. So I get the financial fears, too. :(
I am so sorry to hear this, I hope you know that this is a safe space to vent and express your upset and frustrations. I know what it's like to be bed bound in pain. Youre so incredibly strong for dealing with it all. I hope things improve for you soon, we are all thinking of you
I had a really similar situation right around when I turned 40, and it turned out that I have Ehlers-Danlos syndrome and dysautonomia, as well as mast cell activation syndrome. Not saying these things to diagnose you, but I know that in this situation we spend a lot of time trying to figure out what’s wrong with us when doctors are failing to, so if any of those things helps your investigations, then great! Aside from that, sending so much love and support your way. And if you are part of any Kind of union, talk to them about your employment situation. At least in the US, we do have some worker protections around disability, so maybe you can take advantage of them. If you don’t have a union, do some research on your own, if you haven’t already. Big love ♥️
As always, I appreciate your authenticity, honesty, and integrity. I'm sorry life hasn't been so kind recently and hope things continue to look up for you!
I get it … having a TH-cam audience is such a gift, but there’s also the constant guilt in the back of your mind reminding you that you should make a video - it wears on you mentally. Then life happens, and the pressure gets even worse - ultimately that’s what made me stop videos altogether. I am so so so sorry about Atlas. Losing a pet is the absolute worst heartbreak. Swings and roundabouts ❤❤❤
I have watched your vids off and on for some time and you always brought a smile to my face. Please make sure you take care of you first. That is more important. We will be here.
I am so grateful for your kind words, but also your generosity. It truly helps so much and I dont know what to say, i never expected people so be so kind. Thank you for supporting me through it all, I am so incredibly thankful ❤
I saw another viewer do this first and I found it so touching. I don’t have the same amount available but I know struggle, depression and pet loss. It’s totally ok to only come back to work for financial reasons even if that was your only reason: Pets are family too. Sometimes we have to fake it till we make it. I wish I had more to share financially but I hope this little bit helps. 💕💕
It's always nice when people are nice to nice people ❤️ It's never about the amount of $ a person puts up but the fact that they took the time out of their own life and issues to support another person in any way they could... that means a lot in this world ❤️ Wish all good things for all out there who deserve it 🙏
Absolutely, please take as many good sponsorships as you can! Still so sorry to hear about Atlas, my cat is my baby as well and I only hope I'll be lucky enough to be in a good space when her time comes. I cried just hearing you talk about him in this and your last video; he was so lucky to have you and was loved so dearly, please be proud of yourself for the wonderful life you were able to give him.
I am so sorry it took me so long to thank you for this, i was overwhelmed when I initially posted as I truly did not expect this level of love and support. Thank you, a million times. This is beyond generous and kind. Sending you so much love and appreciation
Sending you all the love back ❤ and I hope life is being kinder to you. You are my comfort TH-camr and I wouldn't be the person I am today, without you, so thank you ❤
I'm so sorry you went through all of that -- that kind of extended pileup is just soul-crushing. I'm glad you made it through and I hope things only get better from here!
Hearing you talk about Atlas broke my heart. I lost my boy in early 2020, he fought so much ill health when he was younger, survived and was healthy, until very suddenly he got very aggressive cancer. I couldn’t eat or sleep, I saw him everywhere. Anyway. I can’t imagine going through that on top of SO many other awful things. It’s entirely understandable that you wouldn’t be posting and it takes incredible strength to recount all that on video. We’ll still be here whenever you post 💗
There never seems to be an inbetween does there? It’s either healthy or full on aggressive cancer - bless their little toe beans. 😔 Sorry for your loss. ❤
This sounds exactly like my own sweet kitty boy; I found him as a stray, half-grown kitten in 2011, and he’d had many health issues over the years. He always got through them, until he was diagnosed with an aggressive cancer in June 2022. He lived for only another week after his official diagnosis, but I knew for the last couple weeks leading up to it, that it wasn’t going to be like his past health scares. Almost 2yrs later, I still miss him so much. I have two new kitties that I adore, but watching him go through that illness still haunts me.
Literally the same thing happened with my sweet boy, even though he was so ill when young, he got to be 12 years old and healthy then ended up dying of an aggressive cancer, my life fell apart when i lost him. Two years later now and it hurts so much still, it forever will, i feel you sooooo hard. Love and healing for you.
I am so, so sorry you lost your boy. It's an unbearable pain. I'm sending you so much love. Thank you for sharing, and for your super thanks; it means the world. I hope you're doing well❤
i understand your loss. i will pray for you. so so many times I will pray that things start to work out for you. please know we care about you and your well being. and your cat, he was so loved. we will all help you as much as we can
My partner who is older, told me the most difficult times are between 25 and 45. You're finding who you are, you may be having kids, a mortgage, loans, heavy financial burdens, in a job you don't like, friends coming and going, family dying, ect. You are an amazing person and I have enjoyed watching your videos for years. You'll come out the otherside, stronger and better! And an aside, I am so sorry for the loss of your baby. I lost my Jake last year and things are never quite the same.
He is right. The wisdom of time and age sometimes having an older partner is a benefit. Can be difficult being in different stages of life at times though.
I had a 3 year streak of bad luck and everything going wrong so I fully understand how difficult this time has been for you. As cliche as it sounds, it does get better ❤ you are so incredibly strong and we all believe in you
I am so sorry to hear you went through something similar, but i also find it quite comforting that you came out the otherside doing okay. Thank you for sharing, it means the world. Also, thank you so much for the super thanks - it really does go above and beyond, and i cant say how grateful i am for your support. I appreciate you so much, thank you ❤
I can't give much but hopefully this will help. You've been through too much so sending you some good vibes and many hugs (put a hug in your pocket and take it out when you need one).
Thank for sharing your experiences... both pleasant and tragic. I am saying a prayer for your inner strength, resilience, hope, and optimism to outshine any swing and roundabout!
I am so sorry it took me so long to thank you, but please know that I am incredibly grateful. This means so much. I wish you nothing but wonderful things
We need more people like you in this world! We all have struggles and for you to come on here and be so vulnerable and REAL is such a strong thing to do! I hope life continues to get better for you.
We love you Elena ❣️ i am so sorry for all you've gone through. Whatever content you choose to pursue we will be here to support you and watch all the ads, whenever you are ready. Please seek out online resources if in person resources are not an option for whatever trauma you've been through, even just speaking to others who have gone through something similar is healing in some ways. I've used Reddit for support when i couldn't find group therapy. They have many subreddits for all kinds of traumatic situations. Happy to hear you have access to therapy ❤
Girl, I feel you. I've been in a similar situation last summer, where everything just went south all at once without being able to catch a break. I'm so sorry you had to go through all that but also glad to know you're doing better right now. This is all I can spare right now, but I hope it helps 🥺❤️ Excited to know you'll be back with more content soon, I missed you and your videos 🫶🏻
Sorry about all these things, especially the passing of Atlas.🕊️ Been there in oddly specific ways, but keep going, this is your sign that a breakthrough is coming! 🙏
I'm so sorry about Atlas. I empathize with what you're feeling in this video; after I lost my Derbs, it felt like my life fell apart. Compounded with the added stress of vet bills...it can be overwhelming. You are such a sweetling; you bring so many people happiness with your personality. You will feel okay again one day, and I hope that all the support you're getting in the comments helps you along in that process. You take all the time you need. 🖤
This video broke my heart in half because I have been there. I have been the person that has had to put their career entirely based on being present for an audience on hold because of life. Thank you for being so real and raw about things; adult life can really suck and hurt and can be so tragically difficult. We all struggle. For the record, I think you’re pretty well adjusted for what you have been through. Your integrity is one of the reasons you have followers that love you like a friend. Keep your chin up and keep being you. ❤ Your strength is so much deeper than you realize. If you ever need a safe place, I think you have a good deal of us willing to save that space for you. You’re not alone; remember that when the intrusive thoughts start to flood. You’ve got this & anyone that is not understanding - they aren’t your people.
I hope life is kinder with you from now on! I've been through a divorce while dealing with mental health problems and I know how hard it can get. Take care and God bless you! ❤️🙏🏻
Oh honey. That’s a lot of cr*p in a very short period of time. I’m so sorry about your wee kitty, and the trauma that happened to you. Its just a bit I’ve sent you but I hope it adds up with everyone else’s help. Keep getting better, keep going, I promise you it will improve.
Losing a pet like that would have destroyed me. I love my cat so so much, being told by someone who's supposed to be a professional that everything is fine and then losing your pet must have been terrible. My heart goes out to you.
i don't think i've seen much of your channel before - but this popped up on my feed, and to be honest, i find your willingness to find the positives despite all of the things you've been through incredibly inspiring. life can be a bastard sometimes so i'm really glad to hear that things are starting to look up again for you. i know it's not much, but i hope this will help in continuing to get your life back on track - and i look forward to seeing what kind of content you make in the future! all the best (you deserve it) ✨💙
We love you!! I hope things truly get better. I understand personally traumatic situations and pet loss. I’m so sorry to hear about everything, and you deserve all this love and support! I also have CFS and it’s not exactly the best 😅. That’s the downside with relationships, and it sucks to part but I’m happy you found a new place. I’m also happy you weren’t hurt from the accident- late night car accidents are very shaky. Again, I love you and am so glad you are still here.
Thanks! 🤩You did a video where you reached out for bids to redecorate your apartment, that video was so cool, it popped in my head the other day to do the same for my backyard. I'm looking for getting different ideas online for a design. I wouldn't have even without your video!
Thanks for sharing yourself in such a vulnerable way with us all. I thought I was subscribed but I guess I wasn't but I am now. I can relate to the loss of a dearly loved pet. This past November we pretty much confirmed with the vet that the doggo my wife had since a puppy and I've spent the last 10 years with had cancer. We eventually saved up the money months later, got a mass removed that had either ruptured or she chewed wide open (we came home to an absolutely ridiculous amount of blood to which weirdly Critter seemed completely fine with), and then after the surgery within a few weeks she stopped eating, I took my wife to the hospital for a minor ankle injury and we came home to her gone in front of the fireplace. Needless to say we were devastated and it still hurts to this day. I'm so glad to hear that you're doing better though and I hope the rest of this year continues to improve for all of us. I look forward to stumbling across those videos you have planned. I love watching your stuff!
Here's to things getting better from here on 🥂 I lost my puppy, he was only 2,to cancer. It sucks. You're strong, you made it though the worst parts of life. Only up from here!!
I like this quote… “I am thankful for my struggle because without it, I wouldn’t have stumbled upon my strength.” -Alex Elle. You can and will make it. God Bless you.
Hang in there. Life can really suck and I’m sorry you’ve had to deal with so much all at once. Proud of you for continuing to keep moving forward and know we will be waiting right here for whenever you are ready. Sending much love. 🩵
That sounds like a horrible period to go through, but I think you've navigated it better than most and are much stonger than it feels that you are. I seems like you're on the right path to feel better, so I hope this keeps up, and you have many happy times in the future :)
Long term sufferer of fibromylagia and chronic fatigue. It is not easy. I have been basicslly houseridden for a few years now. I can't even muster the energy to visit my 96 year old mom who has alzheimers. Visiting is also not good for my mental health but not visiting makes me feel like sh!t... it is a no win situtation with the only good thing being my mom is so far into her dementia battle she doesn't know if any one visit s her in her memory care facility or not. She has wonderful aides and staff looking after her - so we are very lucky. I wish all who are suffering peace and love and gentle hugs❤
I hope everything works out for you, and thank you so much for not taking an unethical sponsorship even though you need the money. I really respect that❤
I appreciate the transparency. Dude though in my understanding PTSD in and of itself is brutal let alone everything else. You must be crazy strong to have kept fighting. I sure hope you take a moment to appreciate yourself and all your hard work.
I wouldn't wish PTSD in my worst enemy. The terror that streaks through you stops your in your tracks and the delusions are so damn convincing. TW: animal bite . . . Years ago, I was bit in the face by a dog who was my friend. It was a total accident on the part of both of us. For months afterwards, I was convinced that dog was searching for me to finish me off. That was my delusion. Reality: Dog was happy living his happy doggie life and happy to see me, wagging his tail. That delusion of mine remained until I could get therapy. Rough.
I’m so sorry about the cat. I have had similar things happen with cats, with incorrect vet diagnosis of fatal conditions and it is so frustrating and heartbreaking. With mine it was worse because I actually got brushed off when I said what the actual problem was…anyway I want you to know that your cat loved you and knew your love for them. You made their life worthwhile, and that’s what matters. I dont know what you believe spiritually but for me, my cat & the loss of them has been extremely affecting (without going into detail) but in a good way. Again I think it might be comforting to know you were the most important figure in their life and you were clearly an angel, therefore they were fulfilled.
Im so so so sorry you didn’t get to be there for his death, but in a way it might be better. That is so traumatic though I know. I want you to know that he probably had no awareness even during this time. Their conscious state is nil when undergoing heart attacks & like you said, he’d have brain damage if resuscitated…this sounds dark of course but honestly it means he was gone from the get-go. I say this bc it means that it’s not like he was wondering where you were or anything. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I'm so relieved that you were able to push back on yet another unfair charge from a landlord. However I'm so sorry you've been having such a horrible year. All of us love your content and everyone understands the need to step back when life is getting in the way of your goals
I have no doubt that it was excruciating for you but im impressed that you made it. I am so sorry to hear about everything... Especially your cat. That made my cry
If it's any consolation to you - I had a psychotic episode in my 20's, diagnosed with Paranoid Schizophrenia then too. My life completely fell apart. 20 years on all that just seems like a distant blip in my past - time heals. And don't be in a rush to get better! Your life just fell apart, give yourself some time :)
This is the first "life update" video (or whatever you want to call it) I watched, which really felt honest and transparent to me. I hope that whatever comes around will bring you peace and joy and of course some money as well 😅
thank u for allowing this to be my job. i wont let you down
Glad you managed to get a new place
You wonderful, wonderful human. You could never let us down. 💛
I hope the community will let me speak for us. We agree with all your decisions and we're very glad you're taking care of yourself. We haven't gone anywhere and we aren't starting now. Cheers to healthy boundaries- you're doing it right~
Please don’t worry about letting us down. You are amazing! You don’t owe us anything. :)
@@Ellbat thank you! You deserve for life to turn around, too. And it will! I promise.

Hugs to you from my lil corner of the world
Absolutely same. We are here to support you.

Absolutley down!
As someone who’s unable to donate at the moment I am in awe of your generosity, hope it gets back to you multiplied by a 100!
@@juanatobon Thank you. That's very much appreciated. And I think a day will come for you when you do have the ability to donate or give back. Never give up on yourself or others.
@@GrumpyTinkerbell err did you mean to give 500 pounds?
@@asspatsandsuperchats6578 Yep
I’m so worried that you accidentally donated this amount because this is an unbelievably large amount to give. Before I say thank you properly, I just want to check that you meant to do that? If not, I’m not 100% sure what recourse I have to refund it but I can always look! ♥️
This is truly the full amount I wanted to give, but the maximum allow was £500. So, I hope this helps you even more.
Oh my GOSH. You are incredible.
oh my god. i genuinely don't know what to say or how to thank you. i am speechless. this is beyond kind and generous, it's unreal. i am so emotional. thank you a million times, this helps more than you know and i am so incredibly thankful. I was so sorry to hear that you also have struggled with your mental health. i wish you nothing but good days and i am sending you all the support right back. ❤
(at the risk of sounding condescending which is not my intention at all, im just a little worried: please be responsible when donating as i would hate for you to get into a tight spot because youre too generous. that said, i do massively appreciate how much you have supported me)
There is no reason at all to be worried.
@@GrumpyTinkerbell you are amazing!

Condolences about your sweet kitty ❤
You’re an amazing heart for giving when you’re struggling so badly yourself ❤ praying for you both!

"fell apart" is an understatement. Sorry for your loss
Sincerely sorry to hear about the troubles. I don't want to spout clichés about 'chin up' or anything, but I hope things are better. Massive hugs man

Very very real!!! ❤
You are so selfless for helping her out. Things are hard right now and it makes me happy to see people helping other people through this life.❤❤❤❤❤❤
Please be more selfish! look after yourself, you deserve it - i know how expensive school can be.
Sorry to be so morbid here

Hope you find answers soon . I've been where you are and it's not a good place
I’m so sorry to hear how hard things have been for you! You bring me so much joy & comfort with your content, I wish I could do more for you❤️
I get it … having a TH-cam audience is such a gift, but there’s also the constant guilt in the back of your mind reminding you that you should make a video - it wears on you mentally. Then life happens, and the pressure gets even worse - ultimately that’s what made me stop videos altogether.
I am so so so sorry about Atlas. Losing a pet is the absolute worst heartbreak.

Sorry for your loss. ❤
THANK YOU for doing this ❤
This sounds exactly like my own sweet kitty boy; I found him as a stray, half-grown kitten in 2011, and he’d had many health issues over the years.

May it be all sunshine and butterflies in your life from now on❤
My partner who is older, told me the most difficult times are between 25 and 45.
I agree with him. The most difficult times are definitely between the ages of 25 and 45.
I appreciate you so much, thank you ❤
Good to see you back Ellbat
I can't give much but hopefully this will help. You've been through too much so sending you some good vibes and many hugs (put a hug in your pocket and take it out when you need one).
Youve always been one of my favourite youtubers, so im 100% happy to help in any way that i can ❤
Thank for sharing your experiences... both pleasant and tragic. I am saying a prayer for your inner strength, resilience, hope, and optimism to outshine any swing and roundabout!
I am so sorry it took me so long to thank you, but please know that I am incredibly grateful. This means so much. I wish you nothing but wonderful things
I wish you peace, happiness, health, and prosperity after all you have been through. Love from Singapore ♥️
Thank you so much, this is incredibly kind of you. I am sending good energy right back to you
We need more people like you in this world! We all have struggles and for you to come on here and be so vulnerable and REAL is such a strong thing to do! I hope life continues to get better for you.
I'm so, so sorry this happened to you. I hope you're able to take more time to heal. We are here for you.
Take your time! We are here when you are ready to return! Sending hugs.
I've been where you are. I can only tell you, it gets better. You are a strong woman. If you ever want to talk, I'm here for you.
I am so sorry for everything that has happened to you in the past months. I know you’ll keep healing, i am here for you.
This is so kind of you. Thank you so much for your kind words and super thanks, it was incredibly generous. I hope youre doing well too ❤
We love you Elena ❣️ i am so sorry for all you've gone through.
This is all I can spare right now, but I hope it helps 🥺❤️
Excited to know you'll be back with more content soon, I missed you and your videos 🫶🏻
Cheers love. You take the best care getting back on your feet ❤
Sorry to hear of all you have been through , hoping things get better for you now
I hope life is kinder with you from now on!
Sending you all power and support.
Losing a pet like that would have destroyed me. I love my cat so so much, being told by someone who's supposed to be a professional that everything is fine and then losing your pet must have been terrible. My heart goes out to you.
i don't think i've seen much of your channel before - but this popped up on my feed, and to be honest, i find your willingness to find the positives despite all of the things you've been through incredibly inspiring. life can be a bastard sometimes so i'm really glad to hear that things are starting to look up again for you. i know it's not much, but i hope this will help in continuing to get your life back on track - and i look forward to seeing what kind of content you make in the future! all the best (you deserve it) ✨💙
Warms my heart to see at least $600 worth of donations that have come in for you with this video. Good luck going forward!
i pulled up my calculator and ive counted over $1500 so far!!
That sounds like a really awful run. 😭 You do what ya gotta do ❤️ We're not going anywhere.
Welcome back! We love you and we missed you so much ❤ kisses to your mother!
Take as much time as you need to heal. We love you!
Here's to things getting better from here on 🥂 I lost my puppy, he was only 2,to cancer. It sucks. You're strong, you made it though the worst parts of life. Only up from here!!
I like this quote…
“I am thankful for my struggle because without it, I wouldn’t have stumbled upon my strength.” -Alex Elle. You can and will make it. God Bless you.
Thanks for the years of entertainment! Sorry about everything!
Hang in there. Life can really suck and I’m sorry you’ve had to deal with so much all at once. Proud of you for continuing to keep moving forward and know we will be waiting right here for whenever you are ready. Sending much love. 🩵
Sending you love and good energy.
Wishing you the best. Take care of yourself first.
No words. Just hoping a little money helps.
I really respect that❤
Thank you SO much for donating to her. ♥️ Your generosity didn't go unnoticed ♥️
Thank you so much for donating to her. ♥️ Your generosity didn't go unnoticed.
I appreciate the transparency.
Dude though in my understanding PTSD in and of itself is brutal let alone everything else. You must be crazy strong to have kept fighting. I sure hope you take a moment to appreciate yourself and all your hard work.
You are absolutely right. PTSD is an absolute biyotch. 0/10, would not recommend getting it, or it's even shittier sibling, complex PTSD.
I wouldn't wish PTSD in my worst enemy. The terror that streaks through you stops your in your tracks and the delusions are so damn convincing.

Rough.
You're incredibly strong. Hoping life will be kinder to you from now on 🌷
I’m so sorry about the cat. I have had similar things happen with cats, with incorrect vet diagnosis of fatal conditions and it is so frustrating and heartbreaking. With mine it was worse because I actually got brushed off when I said what the actual problem was…anyway
I want you to know that your cat loved you and knew your love for them.
When it rains it pours but theres always a rainbow if you look hard enough. Stay strong
I'm so relieved that you were able to push back on yet another unfair charge from a landlord. However I'm so sorry you've been having such a horrible year. All of us love your content and everyone understands the need to step back when life is getting in the way of your goals
Thanks!
I hope that whatever comes around will bring you peace and joy and of course some money as well 😅
I'm so sorry all of these things happened to you, but I think these things will make you stronger, you got this El you're a badass woman.
