    I simply cannot live without your Seated exercise videos. Your knowledge of Seniors and their limited abilities is so evident in each one of your classes and your simple directions and tone of voice really add to these videos being so doable for so many of us that cannot do the walking videos. I am so glad I found your videos and I definitely will continue to do them as best I can. Thank You Jules for all your help.

      I'm so glad you found this helpful. Just to help you navigate the channel, I create 3 levels of workouts (gentle, beginner and intermediate) in both seated and standing workouts, and categorize them all into the playlists. Just look for 'playlists' on the main page and scroll down to where you see the seated options. I also started a second channel dedicated to chair workouts and will add the link for you here: youtube.com/@ImprovedHealthChairWorkouts
      I now upload all new seated workouts to the new channel.
      Lastly, I upload all of the workouts from both channels to my website at www.improvedhealthforseniors.com
      I hope that helps and I hope you enjoy more of the workouts when you try them out!

    This is great! I'm still nursing a knee injury and this is the second seated workout I've done. I get my heart rate up plus a great strength training workout too. Thank you for this!

    Thank you for making another first class exercise video. The new to me exercises were challenging! Please make some more seated exercise videos. Being chair bound the variety is important to me.

    Another wonderful workout! I especially liked the 5 minute alternating cardio and strength setup. You provide gentle coaching and support for those who are working hard to increase their pace and reps offering a positive nudge to us all.     Usually I don't do seated workouts but it's raining today in LA and so I joined in. After a few minutes I got worried because my joints made squeaking noises. But then I realized it's my chair. What a relief. I think it's good to alternate workouts. Easy to do, you provide us with plenty of them. Thanks

    These are great, Jules. It’s wonderful that you incorporate seated workouts in your videos. I’m fortunate enough not to need seated workouts, at this time, but so glad you make them and I modify most of the exercises standing up which you make easy to do. Sometimes I just do routine all seated too, great workout either way. Thank you! 💞

    Outstanding!!! Thank you so much. Love all the exercises especially the upper back with weights. I felt very safe, not fearful that I was going to hurt my shoulders or back, by doing your method. Also very grateful to find a seated exercise routine that gave me enough cardio for my whole body and made me sweat.

    Oh me, Julie, it’s been a long time since we’ve had to do a seated workout, but I’m sure glad we have that option.
    My knee is “acting up” bad today; it started hurting a few days ago, and now it’s in full rebellion. Must be our cold, damp weather we’re experiencing lately. I’m ready for it to really feel like spring. We’re anxious to plant our little garden. It will have to eat about 2-3 more weeks before the ground is warm enough and the threat of frost is over.
    Anyway, we got a good workout in.

    Are you going to do anymore HIIT videos with 20, 30 or 40 second intervals this year? I tried a 50 second interval video with 50 second and 10 second rests and it was WAY too hard for me.

    It took me awhile to notices the clock in the left corner of the screen. It said 20:23 I thought I am doing great today and then I noticed it was counting down not up! HaHaHa
