    I’m only 27 but this video and these exercises feel amazing for me too! Most workouts or videos that I try go too fast or intense for me to be able to listen to my body properly, drink water, and take breaks, but this was perfect. I also really enjoy the energy that both of you bring to the workouts that makes it really fun and encouraging. Thanks so much to both of you!

      I agree! I have autoimmune diseases and strength training is good for me but the normal videos are way too intense. So glad i found this!

    I want to let Aiko know that she is definitely not the only one working to get the opposite-arm-opposite-leg exercises right! 😉At 71, I have to really concentrate to finally do them, usually with a lot of laughter. 😂I found your videos 6 months ago and LOVE them! You are both my inspiration to just Get It Done!

    I really enjoy your strengthing workouts! I am 52 but have avoided working out for 20 plus years due to a slipped disc and fear of muscle spasms - whilst hubby works out with his full on weight training process, I do these three times a week and can feel the change already - you both have such lovely demeaners its a pleasure to work out - thank you x

    I was thrilled to find a new routine in my INBOX and that it was a strength workout. I wasn't in the mood for cardio fancy foot/arm moves and was so surprised to find a totally brand new routine with some combo moves using familiar one, some mixed with new ones, and all new combos too. So imaginative but obviously well thought out: I had a full body awakening with stars flashing. I woke up tired this morning. Don't you know I'm revitalized!     I have had MS for over 30 years and I love your workouts! I have followed along with several of them but this 30 minute strength workout is my favourite. I would love it if you would do another 30 minute strength training workout so I can switch it up a bit!

    As usual I enjoyed this workout. I felt it was "right on", like as seniors who are aging, we need so many different exercises, so we can remain strong on our feet for balance and preventing falls. This just reinforces what Aiko stated about her issue with getting the opposite-arm/opposite-leg exercises right as you are performing them. April, you have great patience with Aiko, and this is so important. Aiko and April...oh what a pair... they get it done together ...even when Mochi isn't in the video or there. Take care and thanks for the reminder of drinking plenty of fluids as this is important. I was ready for something new, and this video was challenging. Thank you both!

    This looks a very good routine, but at the moment I’m not able to do it as I’m having to do little or very low impact arms. Been like this for the last 2 weeks and likely to be the same for the next 2 week. I’m choosing your routines where I can take out the arms altogether, or minimal very low impact arms. I’ll get there and hope to be back doing full arms very soon. Thank you both for all the good routines that you put together for us all. We love them and we love you both and Mochi. XX💜

    My elderly dad lost so much muscle mass after covid. We’re constantly told by his doctors he should do strength training, because his diet is already good. But no one actually helps us understand how to build the right routine for him. Most youtube videos are heavy on cardio which is not what we’re looking for. Thanks for sharing this.

    I love this video! Can we get more of these 30-minute strength training videos?
    My mom and I sometimes do three of your 10-minute dumbbell videos back-to-back so that we get half an hour of strength training. It'd be amazing to get a few more of these 30-minute dumbbell workouts, for variety!! You rock!

    We are loving this one also! any tips for keeping shoulders relaxed? I find myself consciously having to relax them so much when i strength train. maybe that's all i need to do. Your reminders to have good posture and hold your head up high are very helpful.

    I had the same problem first time with the opposite arm opposite leg. Got it in the end. Great workout to finish my day. Doing the 7000 walk workout and then this one three times a week in the evening. Keep it going you are doing a great job.

    Thank , Aiko and April, I really like this video. It is just the perfect workout in length and challenge for where I am at this time. I have noticed that the saggy skin on my arms is tightening up after just a few sessions. I am turning 80 in a few , I want to look good wearing sleeveless tops this summer. 😊

    Three days ago, I only had time for the first 15 minutes of this routine, so I finished it today, along with a separate arm strength video. This is a great strength workout. My goal is to do thsi twice a week for one month. I would also like to find a different 30-minute strength workout to alternate with this one so that my muscles don’t get too used to doing the same exercises. Any suggestions are appreciated.     I just want to say thank you and I love your videos. I am 66 years old and have knee, back and vestibular issues. I have tried so many other workout videos but find I can't do all of the exercises. I found yours about 2 weeks ago and have been working out with you everyday. I even purchased a step. I have lost 6 pounds and have finally made it through your 30 minute hit video. Your videos are wonderful for any age. Your mom is sooooooo cute.

    Just want to say thank you! Some days I get very discouraged that I cannot keep doing what I used to do . At 77 years old, with osteoarthritis and overuse injuries (having done high impact aerobic for too many year,s, and yard work) , I do try to keep going .
    I am encouraged ny Aiko, who keeps on going and you, April, for you expertise, encouragement and kindness. Please keep doing what you do.

    Well done combos of upper/lower body moves! I've always been bored with repetitive exercises but I never have to worry about that with your videos.     Thanks for this, new subscriber here - I'm going through frozen shoulder issues, and your workouts are perfect for me! Regarding drinking enough water - My mom would never drink enough - I couldn't get her to understand that she needed to. She thought because she had swollen ankles (fluid) she shouldn't drink water, it was very frustrating for both of us. it would take her two hours to drink a small glass of water - she would drink a glass of wine in 15 minutes though! 😁

    I have been searching for a video just like what you are doing now. Too many videos on TH-cam are by young males who have no idea how hard it is to do certain things as you age.

    I'm still in my early 30's & due to some health issues I couldn't keep up with any type of workout on YT I always feel either it's harsh on my body or not beginner friendly , this workout is so great cause I was looking for light yet effective workout and I found it here , thanks a lot you made my day ❤

    I was thrilled to find a new routine in my INBOX and that it was a strength workout. I wasn't in the mood for cardio fancy foot/arm moves and was so surprised to find a totally brand new routine with some combo moves using familiar one, some mixed with new ones, and all new combos too. So imaginative but obviously well thought out: I had a full body awakening with stars flashing. I woke up tired this morning. Don't you know I'm revitalized!     This workout is a definite challenge for someone over 50 with fibromyalgia. It should help me a lot. I had to use a chair at times, and no weights yet.

      I have fibro too and been doing this workout for awhile now. Started no weights, then 1 lb and 2 lb. Now

    Great workout ! I an 70 & decided I needed to do some strength training, found your video & loved it. I also struggle with doing co-ordinating arm & legs movements at the same time. Will keep practicing.
