How To Use a Car Generator With Permanent Magnets For Free Energy Projects

  • Don’t spend money on expensive generators to use in your windmill or on any hydro electric project to harvest free energy. It can be an old car alternator from your car that’s about to be thrown out. The core of the motor can be modified and permanent magnets can be installed instead to become a permanent magnet generator to harness electrical energy for your house or to store energy in deep cycle batteries for later usage or emergency. There’s many different types of alternators but one thing to point out is that the core of a car alternator is in sense a single electromagnet with a north and south polarity. Each polarity has 6 individual arms, in this case, there’s six north arms, and six south arms. After the arms are cut off with a grinding wheel, they need to be replaced with permanent magnets instead. They have to alternate north, south, north, south. This is a tutorial on how to convert a car alternator into a magnetic AC generator to generate AC electricity and power different loads. At low RPM, it can produce 12-24 volts AC, but at higher RPM, it can generate 120-240 volts AC. This is a DIY tutorial on a car alternator.

    You should do a follow up video where you build a fly wheel to hand crank the generator. And then you could connect it to a battery and charge it.

    There is popular video on YT I am sure you guys have seen it, it's very similar to this, they show it self running with an AC motor on belt.
    Trick they do is the magnets are "two per pole" and they butt two "lined up" rectangular magnets edge to edge with either NN or SS to the edges so alternating bucking magnetic fields are reacting to the stator coils.
    The pairs of magnets want to push each other away so it's the glue that holds them there in place.
    Anyways you should try that too, maybe lenz braking reaction when stators load with resistance is not very strong with rotor magnets bucking like this and is possible to loop with an AC motor as load.

      There's many scams on YT claiming free energy.
      Even this video doesn't make sense he cut out magnets to put in different magnets.
      I'm pretty sure he made it less efficient.
      But he never does any Power and energy measurements.
      Its all just click bait scamming for people who don't have a good understanding of electricity and magnetism.

    Chemical based solutions can cause magnets to lose magnetic - strengths. Don't not submerge in "less understood" reactive coated mixtures. Make solid pvc cut-out slots instead.

      The strength of the permanent magnets used and the gap between the permanent magnet and the iron core determines the output of the coils at a certain rpm. The stronger the magnets and the closer the gap, you will get higher voltage and current at very low rpm. We only used a drill to turn the rotor of the generator at low rpm between 5 and 10 turns per second which comes to 300 to 600 rpm that delivers 12 to 24 volts AC. Of course at say 3000 rpm, the voltage output will be between between 120 and 240 volts AC.

      Could you believe I have gotten the secret the guy used in YT liberty engine. If the alternator can be made high efficiency, and the rpm of motor and alternator mechanically be the same and constant, then the machine would be self running.

    I took apart the pole peices and replaced the coil of wire with a magnet and sent power to it from a ebike controller and It would malfunction at times , I think the controller was confused with no Hall sensors and I think was reversing motor direction making the motor vibrate to my amazement it was levitating for a very short time ! I think this is the principal that a "UFO" could use to make it fly. Vibrating magnets at the proper speed. The moter got hot extremely fast , but that's probably like ten pounds to levitate. For maybe two seconds.

      errr you need to read the description, he never said that the magnetic engine produces free energy. its simply a design to take the energy FROM a windmill or hydraulic system and convert it into energy. *facepalm*

    Interesting video! With an alternator, when there is no more current required, the torque resistance stops and the alternator freewheels. With this generator, there never comes a time where there is no resistance. Correct?

    What would it do if you put the magnets in but assemble it for car alternator configuration and put it back into car . Would it just make it produce power at lower rpm because it doesn't need excited at high rpm or high 12v volts applied to winding

      Magnetic field is controlled by AVR by means of limiting current to the field armature coil depending on the output voltage. But when you fit permanent magnet onto the armature there is no control on the intensity of megnetic flux. So at high RPM, it will damage electrical components in the car.

    Already you isolate the magnatics and rotor. What is that materials type you have used to isolate the rotor and magnatics?

    Slow motor rotation but high current out. follows this method when put the magnet. SSS NNN SSS NNN SSS NNN. The magnet does not need to be very large.

    Some induction motor generator are possible to generate electricity but probably the windings are not magnet copper wire

      On one of Nikola Tesla's patents, it is just another version of an induction motor. He claimed that his motor was over 100% efficient, but it did use a massive amount of copper winding. Nowadays, electric motors are around 80% efficient.

    So many negative comments. Once you got these things started (with non-renewable energies) you could power these off of each other. It’s better to set them off with stuff like oil or petrol or whatever but it is a much better idea than using the non-renewables constantly…

      Alternators have a voltage regulator, so about 14V ±.3 or so

      We don't believe that one works. We have a lot of experience building over unity motors and testing free energy patents. After they did their video, they should disassemble the induction motor and the car alternator all in one clip to make sure he doesn't have any hidden batteries in there. Also, he needs to do the experiment out in the middle of nowhere where there is no access of electricity nearby.

      I recall one clip where they disassembled the motor, dont recall if it was unbroken. They do have a 2 hr vid of it running, supposedly continuous. Im not a video expert though.

      The first one of their videos I saw looked like it was plausible but didn't include enough detail to know for sure, but then I checked another video on their channel and it was an obvious scam, so I wrote off their channel as scammers.

      There's many different alternators, this one has 4 wires. Each wire to ground gives a certain output. If you use the first and last, you will get the most voltage out because all of the coils are interconnected together. That might not be the case for different kinds of alternators.

    For so long I wonder why so much force is needed to turn a permanent magnet generator and when I release that the iron core is the biggest lie of them all to stop the frequency from equalize with the voltage causing to much resistance in the iron and when I remove 60 % of the iron in my generator I instantly realize that too much iron created too much back emf the iron is the cause I had very little resistance on the generator the voltage was higher and the drag force was not even recognizable and the 6000rpm was just right to break the resistance valve

    Dude, it was more effective with rotor winding. You just made it less powerful, less efficient and disposable. If you'll try to get real power with permanent magnets - they will overheat and loose magnetism.
