Same kind of nature fruits can be eaten together and try to not mix with other nature fruits. It’d go like this: Banana + Papaya Mosambi + Orange Strawberry + Blueberry but not Banana + Orange ❌ and dont consume citric fruits on a empty stomach, as it can cause acidity, bloating

Namaste. Try consuming less gas-inducing fruits (like berries or bananas) with other foods instead of on an empty stomach. Chewing thoroughly, staying hydrated, avoiding combination of fruits can also help.
What I was explained and that make sense for me, and match my experience, is that the enzymes needed to digest fruits are very different from the enzymes to digest cook food, grain vegetables etc. It's not the same digestive fonction. So better not to mix fruits with others food in the stomach. Moreover fruits alone digest very fast, maybe 30 minutes to 1h. Whereas a regular meal can take 4h. So yes you can eat fruits before lunch, but best is to have a Gap of 30 minutes to 1h in between. Otherwise the fruits will mixup with the other food. Just my experience sharing, not medical or nutrtional advice. I'm not a doctor.
