    April...I am sooo thankful I found you!! Your classes are amazing! You have such a wonderful energy, and your instruction is so clear and easy to follow. Every workout I have done has been so creative and challenging! I purchased a used Reformer during quarantine and look forward to learning the machine with your classes! I’m stronger now than I was before quarantine when I was going to the gym. THANK YOU 😊

    I love jumping since I can’t do floor impact. This was lots of fun so thanks! I appreciate your mentioning an imprinted spine on the ab jumping... haven’t had an instructor do that for those and really amped up the intensity.

    Thank you for putting your content up. I bought a reformer during the quarantine as i wanted a way to work out at home, seeing as i couldnt get into my boxing classes. As an avid Vinyasa Yoga lover, i recognized how powerful the movements looked to be and figured a reformer would be a real step up for me fitness wise. Your videos are my go-to’s as rebounding for cardio is an imperative piece of my workouts on it. So thanks again for being my TH-cam PT during the quarantine!

    Thank You for another Jump Class!! As a new instructor I'm struggling with this class for Jumping ideas, but what I'm finding is the jumps are really the same each class so it's more about the "class" time then the jumping. Do you agree? Keep more coming :) You are Awesome!!

      @aprilplankpilates  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes. I totally agree. I’ve also struggled with trying to add more variety to the jumping over the years but more choreography can take away from the intensity, so I tend to stick to the same jumping segments to keep up the intensity and my clients seem to love it so I guess it’s working. 😊

    Thank you for this great workout! I bought a reformer during quarantine and your videos are like being back at the studio. Does anyone know what the spring strengths are? I don't have red or black springs on mine.

    • @aprilplankpilates
      @aprilplankpilates  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      You are welcome. What model reformer did you purchase? On the balanced body they have green which is very heavy, red is heavy, blue is medium, and yellow is light.

    Those ab jumps are amazingly difficult 😩 I really struggle to keep my spine in imprint. Any suggestions or additional tips? I have had 4 csection babies so I wonder if that is part of my problem😉

    • @aprilplankpilates
      @aprilplankpilates  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      A lot of my clients say that too. You could try to increase the weight by a yellow spring so you are on one blue and one yellow. It will be a little easier to hold imprint then. And yes, I would say the c sections can affect the ability to engage but it’s something to keep working on 😊

      april plank pilates sounds good. I’ll try increasing the weight a bit and see what happens!
