Thanks you April! I tend to shy away from doing cardio on the reformer, but since you’re such a fantastic teacher, I figured I’d give it a try. I so enjoyed it! I liked the challenge and being sweaty. I am going to now try to do this a couple times a week. The rest of the workout was excellent as well. Thanks again!😊👍
