Hi April! I love your workouts! Thank you so much for bringing them to us all! I wonder if you would do a glutei and abs reformer workout? Thank you!
Thank you Elizabeth. I have a lot of workouts targeting the abs and glutes. Here is a full list of all my workouts. I do have several free on TH-cam... and also have others that are on my website which you can rent, or buy, or become a member to watch. docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1bNzLmxEsyEnzVLtuNfBVt-ktBbVwR8damALyPjlVPuU/edit#gid=0

Thank you this was great
Thank you! ❤
Hi April, Just did this class again and I really loved it. Such a great workout. I have a question, I play hockey (field hockey not ice hockey) and was wondering if the reformer could be used to warm up and stretch before games (and after games too, I guess) as it is a lot of running and staying in a crouched or lunging type position. I would not want to do a full leg workout as that would be too much before a game but what sort of exercises would be good to help warm up and stretch my leg muscles to avoid injuries etc. I need to build a little routine I can do before going to the game... I'm old now but I want to keep playing as long as I can. Thanks for your help. :) Ady from Perth Australia!
Hi Ady. I would say doing some footwork and single leg footwork and feet in straps would be a great way to warm up before field hockey. Maybe even some bridging to warm up the back would be good to. You could do reformer #22 as it starts with bridging and footwork and then skip to the end for feet in straps. Or #23 which starts with abs and some athletic footwork great for warming up for your sport. Hope that helps 😊.
Always fantastic .. I’m into your old videos currently 🫶🏻Ta🌼
