    April your classes are the best! Love the reformer classes and just got my new Tower for my Balanced Body Allegro 2 and took a tower class with you. It was FANTASTIC. Can’t wait to see what else you have on UTube .

    Great workout! Liked the variety of all your exercises. No worries 😉 about forgetting. As an instructor we got a lot to remember while teaching. Happens to all of us. May I also ask you where you got your training from ?

      Thank you! Glad you liked it. I did my mat training with PhysicalMind Institute in 1999 and reformer with Pendleton Pilates in Cincinnati, OH in 2003. And did my PMA certification after that in 2007. I love learning from all different trainings. 😊

      Ok. I know a few videos the mic wasn’t working too well so hopefully the rest are ok. I also found out I needed to set the volume higher so hopefully that’s been taking care but I’ll double check. Thank you 😊

      I think the sound is just perfect if one has propper speakers or ear pods! Thank you April!!! I was ready to be done by minute 52 but im so glad I mead it till the end! I kept laughing at the promise of laying dow, A M A Z I N G Class!!!

    how many springs are you using?

      One blue spring in the beginning. Which is a medium on the balanced body. Then I change when we go to stand.
