I honestly think Voodoo is. Just because of the layering and being more... “left-field” or Atleast I can assume just because it came out in 2000 and I was born in 2001. But Brown Sugar is great no doubt.
Bro the piano riffs are pretty much perfection on brown sugar the production is insane and every song on the album is good and they all sound different. He put more time into his music to perfect it then but once voodoo was released not as much. Voodoo is a great album but lacks the flow of underground music. Untitled was also very mainstream and overproduced and was unappealing IMO. My favorite songs on brown sugar are when we get by and smooth, and favorites on voodoo are left and right and feel like makin love
