bye eck George what cowboy company bodged this up,i think ill build my own after this vid the builds arent cheap, yer think they would have put some thought into it ,great video cheers sam
Enjoyed video George ,for a professional conversation not a great deal of thought went in ,I'm sure your improve to your standard , great videos George ,glad you're back with interesting content 👍👍
Alarm bells everywhere for that conversation George. The gas feed from the Hob should be copper pipe, and then a short hose to the regulator, The hoses are date stamped and should be changed every five years, and lack of a contained metal area for the gas bottle is almost criminal. As well as the drain away, there should be a 'lip' at the front about 10cms, to prevent gas spillage into the habitation area. It also looks like some type of control panel on the back of the centre console? That'd be a faff, as it would need disconnecting every time you take the console off for your serving etc. Overall, Its low class shoddy workmanship with too many corners cut, the cabling is atrocious, I'd be wanting my money back!
Yep fully agree it's really bad. However it was done before we purchased the van. I have contacted the company who converted it but no reply. I have a list of jobs to do. Drinking water and pump is an issue as well. George
Are you certain that it was converted professionally? Looks like someone has bought a KIT, and fitted it themselves to me. There is no way a professional company would have not fitted a proper gas locker.
