These look great! Here's a TIP- wad your parchment into a ball (like you would a piece of scrap paper to throw away) Open it back up and the 'crunched' paper will fit easily into the corners of your pan.
Thanks Dani ! ❤ These bars taste so delicious! I used almond butter, 1/3 cup hemp seeds, 1/3 cup unsweetened coconut, 1/3+ cup natural white honey, 1 tablespoon MCT oil, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, a pinch of pink salt, and 3 cups oats. Just topped with chopped dried cherries. Really nice and versatile recipe! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
My husband said these were one of the best things I’ve ever made. My teens loved them also. I made a double batch with cranberries and mini chocolate chips.
Thank you so much! I've been buying these exact bars from the coffeeshop down the street. $4 a pop! Can't wait to give these a try--so much cheaper and fresher to boot!! ☺
Hello Dani. Thank you for the delicious peanut butter squares recipe! I used steel cut oats, reduced sugar dried cranberries, and honey (didn’t have maple syrup) with natural peanut butter. I tossed in chia seeds for added nutrition. These are such an awesome snack and quick breakfast to go. Thank you also for the delicious banana oatmeal breakfast cookies. Those are a hit in our house. Happy Spring!
Dani these are SO GOOD! Spectacular really! I made them and I will now always have some of these on hand at home for snacks. It would be great if you could include the metric recipes as well for those of us that prefer using a scale to measures! Thanks for sharing!
These turned out even better than I expected. We're trying to eat out of our stocked pantry this month so I already had everything in hand to give it a try, The only additions I made were to add a little flaky salt, hemp seeds, then when they were done I warmed a tiny bowl of chocolate chips and a dab of coconut oil and drizzled it over the top of the bars with a spoon. Beautiful, filling and delicious. I'll have to make this one again. Thank you Dani.
I am so loving your TH-cam channel! These were so delicious I made a second batch. In the second batch I added to the video ingredients about 1/2 C of slivered almonds & just a bit less than 1/4 C of Hemp Hearts. I increased my maple syrup to a heaping 1/3 C. Oh so delicious!!!
Thanks for another great recipe. I love all the oatmeal based bars and balls. There is one change I have made to these recipes. Even though I love oats they can be a bit chewy...tough even. So i toast my oats with a bit of coconut oil in a skillet. It gives the oats a wonderfully nutty flavor and makes them easier to chew. Thanks again!
This is great! I've been looking for alternatives for that late morning hunger. I work outdoors and have been grabbing shakes or bars to get me through the morning. This looks easy, cheap and convenient. And did I mention I LOVE PEANUT BUTTER! Thank you!
I’ve made these 3 times now. I found the longer they set in fridge the softer to eat and more flavor. I’ve added dried apricots organic no sulfur and they were absolutely amazing. Love this versatile recipe. My favorite is still with mini chocolate chips 👍👌
I love your channel so much. I love how easy and delicious all your recipes are! I've adopted your 3 ingredient banana chocolate chip cookies recipe as my weekly meal prep staple. Perfect for a busy university student like me!
Dani just made these and am looking forward to a treat one hour from now! I love these simple recipes using ingredients I love and always have on hand. My peanut butter was very thick so I added some coconut oil to "grease the wheels" so to speak. Paper didn't work for me, just put it on the glass pan and it already has oil on it from my addition! Thanks!
These bars look really yummy and really what my sons would enjoy eating and MAKING! That's a big plus on the way to get your kids to be healthy. Thanks Dani!
i just made this using honey and it's so delicious! My friends are asking me about it on ig but since we're in quarantine I told them I'd make it again for them next time.
Happy Friday!! Super excited to share these no-fail peanut butter oatmeal bars with you. They are so easy + seriously so delicious! Can't wait to hear what you think. XO- Dani
Thank you! These look so good! Using what I have at home, I'm going to try this with no salt tahini, unsweet coconut shavings, raisins and orange zest, and maybe a little cinnamon or vanilla, too -
I have been making my own peanut butter for years. Once you start doing it you will never go back to store bought. I make other but butters too. So easy & yummy!
I just made this! Just with the ingredients mixed together before they are chilled is super tasty!! I can't wait until this hour has passed to taste the final product.
I just made these and they were DELICIOUS!!! So filling, so easy to make and SO GOOD! My boyfriend loves them, too and tomorrow we have friends over and I can't wait to give them some! Thank you, Danny! You rock!
Just made a batch for my wife and grandson, who are allergic to peanuts,II used wow butter and no nuts butter, they taste like peanut butter to me!I also used some top quality honey, snacks for my two honeys🇨🇦♥️😎
This looks great! I can't wait to try it. They look like the kind of snack that gets even better the next day, after the peanut butter soaks into the oats, but that's just my random guess.
They are better the next day. I use Quaker “Overnight Oats” which are not rolled as flat. The oats soak up the PB and syrup overnight. The next day...yum!!
OMG!!! I just found my new fave channel!! These look SO yummy! I’ve been looking to find a substitute for store bought cereal/energy/protein bars!! TYSM for being and sharing u!👍🏻
I've just found your channel when doing a "how to" search. I've just tried this recipe. The no bake element is right up Lazy Street where I live. I used whatever I had in cupboard; oats, peanut butter, golden syrup and some raisins. It's in the fridge right now. Fingers crossed.
Oh my land, these were so good. I loved how you went through step-by-step in the video and made it easy to follow. Not that they are hard to make, but your video was well done. Do you continue to store these in the refrigerator or can they be stored at room temp?
This is delish! Thank you! I reduced the maple syrup because I like it a bit less sweet. Will try honey next time. Love trying your recepies, and make up new as I go 🤗
This is awesome! I eat A LOT of oatmeal, and peanut butter. I put Craisins in my oatmeal along with some blueberries. I'll definitely try this. Please make that peanut butter video!
Looks great. Gonna try these this weekend. These bars obviously pack a high calorie punch but if I cut them small they will surely make a great 'on the go' small snack.

Hi Danni I used this recipe and chocolate morsel with chopped pecans & a teaspoon of protein powder. Thanks for the recipe. I train with weights everyday and these little babies are just what I need.

Yes homemade peanut butter please, these look delicious, I’m making some today! Thank you for sharing! I love peanut butter!made them again but made into squares this time and added cranberries and vegan chocolate chips
These look delicious. I think cranberries and some dark chocolate chips would be fantastic. Can I use quick oats for this recipe? I grabbed the wrong oats. 😭
Going to try muesli in mind, it has pumpkin seeds, raisins, sunflower seeds, etc. in it. Yum. Will being giving this a go this afternoon. Love it when you have all of your ingredients already in the pantry!
Looks so good and easy. I might try unsweetened coconut and chia seeds for the cranberries. But the cranberries really look like a good choice with PB. Chopped walnuts might be good too.

Was the oatmeal hard to chew bc it wasnt cooked?
Yes I put dark chocolate chips in mine! SO GOOD!
They wouldn't be, because they absorb the moisture from the maple syrup and peanut butter :3
