    True. I wished I had learned that a long time ago, about care of the feet. I did learn about nutrition, though and became a vegetarian in 1963, and also staying away from caffeine, in tea and coffee. I am now 91 and stay in touch with family and friends, via phone calls, and emails. My favorite habit is staying in touch through prayer with my Lord and Savior. He has truly blessed me over the years. Isn't He Wonderful!

    I am 84 and cook my own fresh food.Once a week I make sport( Aquafit) walk alot + climbe the stairs to my 2nd floor flat.I look after my feet and massage them too.
    I have Osteoporose and have to take calcium and vitamin D
    No other Medicins. I sleep very well,go to bed late.
    But the main thing is have a good relationship wit GOD
    Thank him every day and keep his Commandmends, then everything goes better.
    Have a good Family and Friends.
    Its our duty to look after our body and health.

    2 arm pit. Detox area. Filtering.
    3. Inner thigh. Blood flow. Liver function.

      Well, for decades I have dyed my hair every two months.... 🤷‍♀️
      However,
      I also do rely on good quality detox pads for the bottom of the feet - they do indeed improve circulation, especially for individuals with circulatory issues.👍🏼

    My mother lived to be almost 100 yrs
    She had diabetes, but barely ate to go food she made fresh home cooked meals. she kept busy. Her face glowed, hardly any wrinkles . My ancesters looked amazing late in their 90's. Im in my I exercise and stay😮 away from caffeine. Thank God, for e ery day of life. I stay positive.

    Thank you Sir. I am 75 years old still physically active. I have been diagonised with scoliosis . My right knee swells at times especially when the temperature changes. I live in Jamaica so the weather is always warm except when it rains and gets cold. This is good advice will do what I can to live to be 92 and older like Doc😂.♥️🇯🇲

    I use fresh lemon juice as my deodorant, works great. Lemons are antibacterial so destroy any odor.

    I am 64yrs, i will give more exercise on these four parts, though i do the feet wash but was not messaging that much. I normally rub my inner thighs with Aloe heat lotion from Forever products, and it works wonders. Thanks again

    I am 79 and i have been massaging my feet since my thirties with a special method called Do-in. Also my legs by tapping or a soft brush.
    Here i would like to add another important part of the body and that is the ears. Massaging the ears brings calmness and a feeling of well being. Body massages generally are awesome.

    Being Hindu we are always very careful about our every part of body cleansing, taught by our parents and their parents. Spirituality also teaches us our body is our temple, how we look after our Gods temple, same way whole Brahamand is inside us. So should treat body as temple.
