True. I wished I had learned that a long time ago, about care of the feet. I did learn about nutrition, though and became a vegetarian in 1963, and also staying away from caffeine, in tea and coffee. I am now 91 and stay in touch with family and friends, via phone calls, and emails. My favorite habit is staying in touch through prayer with my Lord and Savior. He has truly blessed me over the years. Isn't He Wonderful!

I am 84 and cook my own fresh food.Once a week I make sport( Aquafit) walk alot + climbe the stairs to my 2nd floor flat.I look after my feet and massage them too. I have Osteoporose and have to take calcium and vitamin D No other Medicins. I sleep very well,go to bed late. But the main thing is have a good relationship wit GOD Thank him every day and keep his Commandmends, then everything goes better. Have a good Family and Friends. I am 79 and i have been massaging my feet since my thirties with a special method called Do-in. Also my legs by tapping or a soft brush. Here i would like to add another important part of the body and that is the ears. Massaging the ears brings calmness and a feeling of well being. Body massages generally are awesome.

I'm 88 and take a shower every other day. Unable to walk without a walker it's the best i cam do. I feel fine.

I am 79 and i have been massaging my feet since my thirties with a special method called Do-in. Also my legs by tapping or a soft brush.
Here i would like to add another important part of the body and that is the ears. Massaging the ears brings calmness and a feeling of well being. Body massages generally are awesome.

Being Hindu we are always very careful about our every part of body cleansing, taught by our parents and their parents. Spirituality also teaches us our body is our temple, how we look after our Gods temple, same way whole Brahamand is inside us. So should treat body as temple.
