True. I wished I had learned that a long time ago, about care of the feet. I did learn about nutrition, though and became a vegetarian in 1963, and also staying away from caffeine, in tea and coffee. I am now 91 and stay in touch with family and friends, via phone calls, and emails. My favorite habit is staying in touch through prayer with my Lord and Savior. He has truly blessed me over the years. Isn't He Wonderful!

In my childhood I remembered that my mother used to clean the feet regularly and adviceed us to do the same.She also pressurized us to conduct the regular massage of the body in the winter.She lived upto 90 and inspiration for all of us.Thanks for reminding me the old days.I will start these exercises right now.😊

Getting rid of the caffeine habit is hard but well worth it. I worked, as a nurse aide, for over 5 years, while completing my education to become an RN. I worked nights while attending college days, and took care of my 5 children, during those years, and that was without using any caffeine drinks. God wants us to be well, and able to work, when we need to. I had much more energy, without the caffeine, believe me. God bless any of you who make the choice to take care of yourself, and a family, if that is there, as well. Amen.

My mother lived to be almost 100 yrs She had diabetes, but barely ate to go food she made fresh home cooked meals. she kept busy. Her face glowed, hardly any wrinkles . My ancesters looked amazing late in their 90's. Im in my I exercise and stay😮 away from caffeine. Thank God, for e ery day of life. I stay positive.

Excellent ! I can add that pranayama adds a lot to your health. The first result is that your nose does not get blocked anymore. Then there is another observation. You can see that older persons do not keep a straight figure as the very young ones or professional dancers. To walk absolutely straight needs bending the head backwards as much as possible. The longer you do this the better. Finally playing table tennis and general gymnastics are good and - I have not forgotten - prayers to our Divine whenever possible.

Do you shower before or after these recommendations? I only shower every few days, except if is needed. I have a bit of vertigo, so I use caution in shower. I am 80, but very healthy except for chronic back pain, which I’ve had all my life.

Excellent ! I can add that pranayama adds a lot to your health. The first result is that your nose does not get blocked anymore. Then there is another observation. You can see that older persons do not keep a straight figure as the very young ones or professional dancers. To walk absolutely straight needs bending the head backwards as much as possible. The longer you do this the better. Finally playing table tennis and general gymnastics are good and - I have not forgotten - prayers to our Divine whenever possible.

Fifth: Brush your teeth with non sweetened formula such as sacharine or other sweetener in toothpaste. Sixth: Wash private parts after urinating with clean water or clean wipes for men and women. To prevent urine rest become infection on private parts.

Do you shower before or after these recommendations? I only shower every few days, except if is needed. I have a bit of vertigo, so I use caution in shower. I am 80, but very healthy except for chronic back pain, which I’ve had all my life.
