    I have a Powerspec 3D Pro 2 which is essentially a rebranded Flashforge Creator Pro. I’ve had the machine nearly 5 years and it has been a beast. I’d like to add another printer to my bench, and this one might be the ticket for small parts I’d like to produce in larger volumes. Thanks for the review!

    As always got nothing but love for these videos David. While this was educational and very informative you have those moments where something in the background draws my attention. Like the Little Professor Electronic Calculator ... LMAO. Keep up the good work my man and looking forward to the next installment. Take care and be safe. :)

    Hi, friend. I use TPU A 60 (this is the RF manufacturer FD PLAST). I just can't achieve correct printing on the first layer, I tried a lot, I'm tired :) What hardness do you use and what print settings? Thank you. P.S. Fan.

    Thanks for sharing. I have had mine for over 12 months now and love it. I don't use the duel colour feature as the technology still needs work in my opinion. I use the duplicating feature a lot but the reason for my comment is the font on your DIY sign, what is the font called please. Thanks heaps

      Hi Dooley I need to print several cases with PETG, do you recomend this printer? I need mass production with short stop or manteinance.
      Can you tell me if this printer can do the job.

    I have this machine and love it, the only big issue i can not fix is dual prints.. Any Advice for a newb like me? my left extruder always peels my first layer off, i did the dual color Statue on the sd and it handled fine but nohing else i do works, leveled many and i have great adhesion

    • @DIYEngineering

      It sounds like the left extruded z height may need to be recalibrated.

    It works good for me. The hardest part is to get the model off the build-plate as it has really good adhesion.
    Also, removing rafts is another issue. Any suggestions?😁

    • @DIYEngineering
      @DIYEngineering  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      using glue stick can reduce bed adherence when you have this sort of issue. also increasing model gap on raft can make removal easier, at the expense of surface quality on the part.

    • @AmanSharma-fh1uj
      @AmanSharma-fh1uj ปีที่แล้ว

      @DIYEngineering The first thing I did was to use Glue, but it didn't work😓.
      Also, increasing model gap between the raft would be disastrous as the surface finish would be sacrificed.
      Any alternatives?

      @DIYEngineering  7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      depending on the size of the models you will be creating, your mileage will vary, if they can fit in a 275mm cube I would go with a Bambu Lab X1C or P1S best / fastest printer on market 2023

    Why have everyone stopped at 2 print heads. Where are the 4 and 8 print head machines.

    • @DIYEngineering
      @DIYEngineering  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Design one and you will find out... :) multiple materials would be the only benefit... they have produced hotends that have four extruders... also, the complexity reduces the reliability of the machine, ofcourse that could be improved, but not cheaply... which is why all advanced printers are considered professional grade machines... I feel there are better 3d printing technologies that should be advanced before FDM. FDM is entry level technology at the end of the day...

    • @MisterkeTube
      @MisterkeTube 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      They have, it's called a tool-changer. With only 2 extruders you can "park" one at the side of the x gantry the other one doesn't have to pass. When you want more extruders, you need a different parking mechanism, hence the tool-changer.
