We don't know if the witch king was a wise and just ruler" before his turn we actually don't know anything about any of the nazgul except that they were kings and or great men
GRRM loved Tolkien. He used a bunch of names for his universe from the story of Middle Earth. Balerion the Black Dread is another. I know there’s several more but I’m too hungover to think. Glad you caught that tho.
Always felt he must have been lord of Umbar or a similar haven further south. Not exactly a king per say, but some other princely title. The reason is that he chooses to sit the throne in Fornost after conquering Arnor. Hinting at desiring a throne and title of King. Same with the taunting of the Gondorian king into a personal duel. Great video. I liked the echo, but perhaps not for everyone.
Most do, he is the most dynamic face of Sauron’s rule in Middle Earth. Yet we know him only as Angmar. What his real name was none now know, and Tolkien never revealed it.
Would the rings work as advertised if the one ring hadn’t been made? Or were they doomed due to Sauron’s influence even without the one? And without the one ring would there be a difference between the Elvin rings and dwarf/men rings?
@@user-dc3nf7rr7t Ar-Pharazôn arrived on the shores of Aman having sailed from Númenor in his ship 'Alcarondas' at the head of the greatest armament the world had ever seen. His profane entry into the Undying Lands led directly to the complete destruction of his armada and of the island kingdom of Númenor.
Echo gives it a life. Its like we are given description of enemy in halls of old, before the battle.
Great video! The Witch King has always been my favorite character.

Visually, my favorite character from the Return of the King Movie. I have an undying fascination with this character.

Sadly, he doesn't explain the significance of Meriadoc Brandybuck's weapon: Dagger of Westernesse; but I still enjoyed it.
that is an interesting video and we never know his true name we know his second evil name in the movies but his true good name we never know it

Pharazon the night king?
Possible. Maybe the Mouth of Sauron as well.
Yep, Pharazon for sure.
Pharazon met his demise on the shores of Aman.
I thought that was Amazonic fan-fiction?
