After the order that you made where was the first actual customer order from? Did that person return to place further orders, and do they realise they were customer number one so to speak?
As someone who exercises regularly and has for many years, I truly do not understand the appeal of this brand. Maybe I could understand being an influencer and wanting to partner with Gymshark to make money, but why would anyone else want to buy this clothing? It's expensive and doesn't provide any additional value for the money. I've been seeing ads for Gymshark recently that say "Gymshark is about belonging". For me personally, that is a very unappealing message. Belonging to what, exactly? A community of fitness enthusiasts? Why do you need to wear specific clothing to belong to a community of fitness enthusiasts? Is it about belonging to a community of "elite" fitness enthusiasts? Then why is the Gymshark website now filled with models who don't even look like they lift? I'm not hating, I just genuinely do not understand the appeal of Gymshark.
Out of interest when and why did you make this switch from .co.uk to .com? Was this for SEO purposes? Would be unreal to understand the reasoning behind this!
