It will speed things up as you scale the company. Also add a few more faces / use more models as it begins to look like a personal brand rather than a lifestyle brand when there are a lots of images and they only feature few model. Place an ad on Starnow or similar platforms and you could get models who are looking for experience, some will be happy to work for free or free products.

Facebook connects people that usually wouldn't be able to do, Gymshark provides high quality consumer based gym attire with a whole culture developed around representing athletes and creators of the modern era. You might want to immerse yourself in a whole lot of youtube videos and surround yourself with an international crowd to get a global perspective.
