I CREATE A GYMSHARK PRODUCT IN A DAY | From design to a completed t-shirt

- I sat down with the design team to see if we could come up with a product that we could create over the road in the Gymshark Lifting Club in just 1 day.
We filmed the process from start to finish to show you what creating a seamless product looks like, it's definitely not perfect but it is amazing to see how far we have come that this can all be done in just 1 day!

Running a billion dollar company and still take the time to create content for his followers. Huge respect!
Honestly this is amazing. Seeing Ben doing his work with his colleagues is so inspiring, the way he is talking to each and everyone making them feel heard and needed.
Also I've been in contact with the customer support a few times and I sure can damn tell that the entire company is as genuine as Ben.
They're literally breathing to serve their customers, which alot of companies fail at doing.

it's just so crazy that Ben made these clothes himself.... hand made out of his mom's house years ago and now he has all of this... this really gave me the motivation to keep going in the gym and to move forward with studies and not to give up.... its just crazy how much progress you can make in your life when you put ur best foot forward

Having a TH-cam like this that documents stuff thats going on in the company makes it so transparent. More companies should be like gymshark. Inspiration👌
Ben: Just send this design off to the product team and we're done
Staff: Now we need to make the tech pack
Ben: Now we've got a tech pack we get it into the machine and then that's finished
Staff: Now we make the product in 5 different parts
Ben: And there we go, we stitch and it's done right?
Staff: We need to shrink the material for 2 and half hours
Ben: Okay shrink for 2 and a half hours.. and then finito?
Staff: Now the stitching..
Ben: Yes, stitch the sleeves on, and then that's finished
Staff: Time to heat press the logo...
Ben: .....
Ben was buzzing to just see the end product!
He hasn't lost an ounce of his passion for the product. Fantastic video :)

For someone that wants to start a brand, there's nothing that follows a global brand so closely. So grateful we get to peep behind the curtain. From community building to behind the doors of the blackout week!
I know we'd love to see as an add on to this video from agile sampling and your "HOW WE DESIGN GYMSHARK PRODUCT" to campaign creation including:
- Production timeline (post design)
- Marketing timeline, influencer outreach, email campaigns, ads etc
- Shopify/ website processes
- New stock handling into warehouse
- Launch

It's honestly awesome how open and transparant you are with your company. It's insane how a shirt actually is made, never would i have guessed it how that's going from A to Z. Obviously you know a few things (like Design, little bit of sewing and pressing logo's. But that's all you know when you dont see a video like this). I got massive respect for the people making the clothing not just gymshark but any clothing that's made. (like steady hands to cut the pieces)
Also, awesome how you became a millionare.. But still driving an older Land Rover and not trying to show off with expensive cars and such. You staying humble is what i like about you and the company!

This is so amazing to watch. Working at an apparel company it's really easy to not see from start to finish how a product is made and Ben does an amazing job of illustrating how important each role is in the process

As someone who does technical r&d in a different industry, it’s quite nice and refreshing to see a design process accurately portrayed to a mainstream audience. It’s the part that the average consumer never gets to see in the creation of a product.

I also used to sneak into my mothers room and use her sewing machine. I made my own school bag and she was actually so proud of me when she found me at her sacred place.
