What I find fascinating about Gymshark is that though it is a massive name brand, it feels like a personal, small-business; this is all credit to Ben and makes me want to support Gymshark - it's great.

There’s a lot of positive things to take from this for all of us whom have had ‘difficult’ business partners, difficult to the point they’ve sabotaged the business simply because it’s not ‘all’ about them, as things moved on they became less relevant and rather than move aside or collaborate they hit the destruction button. I am 7 months in on Never Alone. my mental health initiative that I started after a bout of depression when my father died from cancer. I saw the mental health system in general did not help the vast majority of people. I am creating Never Alone to be a part of that change. I want mental health help to fall in line with physical health help... make it a daily conversation. The initial one is, I am mind blown by what Gymshark has become and love the ethos of the company, but realise that my ambition is not to be a 'Unicorn' company, simply a multi, multi million UK business with great products and ethics, that has international customers. It,s my stage of life and I know it. Brilliant content fella's.

Personally, I'm determined to bootstrap, but so many areas for improvement in my business and I could do with additional help with, but can't afford to bring people in or outsource. Ben, it’s great that GymShark has had the growth it has, in fact it’s usually mentioned in every piece of media related to the brand! But what is GymShark’s environmental impact assessment plan? A billion dollar brand with all the manufacturing and transport etc that is involved has a huge environmental impact. Growth shouldn’t come at any cost, and using recycled packaging isn’t enough. It would be great to hear you talk more on this. Thanks.
