Most people who post ''how to grow your company'' or ''how to start your company'' just keep it to lets say ''5 things you need to know to start your business'' and then post 5 things you most of the time already know (cutting costs to make an example. Obviously you want to keep your costs low, anyone that want to start a business knows that). So this video was very informative on what you have done/learned to make your company. (like Photoshop, zendesk etc). You go deeper into things people need to actually know instead of the ''5 things everyone already told you to know''

Hi Ben. This video reminds me when I was in college back during 2015. I used to work for IKEA and I used to love building furniture for customers, but at a lower price than IKEA. The point is I left decided to try to run my own business. The name of my assembly business that I was trying to start was very unique, but that only lasted 6-8 months. The ppl I worked with just didn't have the same vision as I did, so I kind of gave up on myself. I am go glad to see and hear your videos of how you first started out.
