    You mentioning morals and values and the importance of having them in your personal life is what makes you stand out as a CEO. I have high respect for you and the outstanding brand you’ve created. You don’t create TH-cam videos for income, you create them to further help teach and inspire others. I can’t stress enough that I LOVE this video, and your habits. Couldn’t agree more with them. Consistency and personal growth will change a life!! ✨

    Ben I love how you connected PHYSICAl health and MENTAL health working side by side. This narrative will help change the stigma around going to therapy and other mental health benefits we can take part in daily.

    Waking up and going to sleep is so so important and it's not being talked about enough. Basically everything you've described, from scheduling your sleep, to eating at the same time and working out at the same time strengthens the circadian rhythm. And the circadian rhythm regulates your mood. It really does make a huge difference 👏🏻

    • @MrGreen_

      Will you piss off .. who can regulate this routine all day everyday.. not your normal everyday hard worker that’s for sure ..

    I'm doing all of the 5 habits listed but I'm not a CEO. What am I doing wrong? :) just kidding. I've got a promotion recently, so having good habits works. What I love most is Consistency. be consistent, and I'd add disciplined, it's fundamental.

  • @BF-eb4xs
    @BF-eb4xs 2 ปีที่แล้ว +6

    The whole eating, at the same time is an autistic thing. We (I’m also autistic) love routines, And doing stuff daily, day on and day out... forms a routine. Which for some reason, people with autism love.

  • @MrSpherical
    @MrSpherical 2 ปีที่แล้ว +6

    A consistent routine helps because it balances the uncertainties of business life. For those doing a lot, managing many head spaces, types of work etc.
    People who have boring business lives enjoy more uncertainty in their personal lives. We each get it in our own way!

    I think consistency in your life is really important. I had the past month no plan what my goals are for work, fitness, … but that changed. I started again with consistency in my day & physical fitness and what helped me find my way again.
    + I can recommend for everyone to write things down, so you can have your thoughts visual and can look back at it how you improved over time :)

    Excellent Ben, thank you. I personally struggle with self esteem and believing in myself, but point 5 is really important. Having a growth mindset and being self aware - identifying key areas to improve on and overcome mental limits should be a focus. Much appreciated.

      Hi Kevin thanks for the support! I actually edited this one! I use Adobe's Roto Brush 2.0, taking my time to get the cleanest selection on the first frame of the sequence and then use the refine brush tool when it comes to Bens hair. After that I just tweak and fine tune the selection with edge feathering etc and play about with it until im happy with the selection. Hopefully that helps!

    Ben, England needs you now as Prime Minister to turn around this floundering dystopian Orwellian enterprise that once stood for epic greatness. Take a hiatus from GymShark, and put your immense talent into running England maybe even part time and still keep the Gym Shark leadership role as well. You are a world treasure for your business and visionary leadership. Run England as you would GymShark along with using Austrian School of economic policies, and England will rise again to grandeur.
