i did this workout over 20 times over the past 3 months (next to other workouts) and noted my progress. On the first time was able to do a total of 95 push-ups. now i am at a record of 110 push ups. I think thats a great progress considering that you are on the edge of muscle failure the whole 8 minutes. really great workout.

I had been working out on your 'How to burn fat and get a six pack' video since the lockdown began in Nepal. But now I've lost my enthusisam to do that. I got in the best shape of my life. From fat to visible 2-packs. It would be better but my diet was poor. But massive thanks to you who inspired me to get good phisique. From Nepal🇳🇵💚

Doing this workouts in case my lawyer fails and I get sent to jail...gotta look jacked!
I have already told you in other videos how much you have changed my life but I always feel the need to repeat it to you how grateful I am, thank you very much for everything you do.
By the way, sell your products in Mexico :(
There’s no way anyone can do this three times without some shortcuts or extended breaks
Shit, i didn't realise you were supposed to go 3 times. But to be fair i do other videos as well as this.
@@SpellFire yeah he says it near the end of the video
@Sterman99 Chris Heria can definitely do this in 3 rounds, bro he can do push up with no legs lol
"I had no one to put me on, I had to cover the budget, and now you wanna get along cause they all wanna touch it, and now you know that I'm the one it ain't no question or nothing, you know the fuck that I be on turning nothing to something" 🔥🔥🔥🎶🎶🎶 I love you, so proud of you Chris 💜
Not gonna lie, I’m hoping to win that free apparel lol
Thanks for another inspirational vid though :)
Great video man your works out are amazing making me in the best shape I have ever been in my life I have a developing six pack now and a solid chest because of you keep up the good work. This workout was very challenging and I was able to do it with only 1 collapse but with you insipiring me I will be able to do this workout perfectly in no time.
Result:
+ Chest muscles
- Arms
Thursdays and Sundays are now my favorite days of the week! Pure Motivation - Thanks Chris
Me: "Alright I'm gonna kill it this time!"
*Sees 90° hold 30 seconds in
"Damn it, Chris!"
Edit: I like the regression approach for this one. Unlike the other chest workout vids where most will end up in an intense push up variation that is almost impossible to do after a grueling sequence of push ups. Great job, Chris!
