    Chest workout at home
    20x wide pushups 2:16
    20x elevated pushups 3:23
    20x diamond pushups 4:15
    5x3 each side pulse archer pushups 5:21
    12x side to side explosive negative pushups 6:27
    Push up 21’s 7:45
    Do this 3-4 rounds and then you’re done. Great work!

    Hey Chris,
    It would be awesome if you could make a video on your whole workout schedule, what muscle groups you are training on a specific day, and on wich days you're doing the morning cardio and push ups paired with the pull ups as well.
    I think many of us want to see that!!

    Hey man,I know you get this a lot,but I just want to say,thank you for everything. I was depressed for 2yrs and after I started watching your videos,I started working out and turned my room into a home gym. I literally removed my bed in my room and I set up a pull up bar, resistance bands,weights dip bars etc and I sleep on the floor. You are my biggest inspiration and keep up the amazing work 👍. Mad love from India ❤️

    Hey Chris I know that you probably won’t see this but if you do I want you to know that you are helping me a ton my family doesn’t have that much money but that is why I love calisthenics. For my birthday I got some hand weights and have been using those as well overall just thanks and keep up the great work.

    I have been working out my whole life, weights lifting the majority of the time, on and off as weight lifting gets old as you get older , I'm a lil over 45 years old , very active, still lifting weights at a moderate rate now, I implemented Chris's routines in my workouts, oh boy!! I was surprised how difficult these routines, kicking my but, great workouts Chris!!! My goal to get chiseled like you, thanx man!!

    Variation is the key. Playing with the moves and engaging different muscle groups.
    You have 2 options:
    1) increase weight
    2) increase reps
    to stimulate your deepest muscle fibers & reach hypertrophy!

    Wow this push up variations are very good. I think this is a very good exercise at home.
    If you do this efficiently I think you will get a big chest so I hope people get strong like gigchad.

      That's good, but know that if it's really sore you should take a rest day to heal the muscle tension before working that part again.

      @@shinjya3475 I dont think so. Than I do this workout I can't fell my arms too but thats not a good sign because we want to train the chest not arms. I would suggest an other workout than this one because they really effect and build tension in yor chest and not arms.

    Ur channel saved my ass. Im a highschool swimmer and have swimming regionals in 2 weeks and I've just been doing things on my own at home and not looking up routines that often.     Thanks for another great and inspiring workout. You've really kept my psych up for a year of this pandemic.. Just finished this one! Been doing your workouts every day for two months and it's really starting to pay off!
    Your 100 pushups, 500 ab reps and pull-ups. Then added some shoulder, dumbbell and arm stuff to it as well.

    What’s important is to pay attention to the details, like hand positions and area of the muscle impacted, otherwise when we try this is sub-optimal and the gains aren’t comparable to the efforts.

I am training pushups with your paralettes because I have a wrist cyst (It sucks but I will finally get it removed this summer after 3 years of suffering) and I bought a pull-up station like you have in order to develop black muscles! New quarantine or not this is the year to make gains and change our lives !
