Hi can I ask. My nephew is 17 month old. I have this coat, I wear it when going to fetch something outside or we had a short walk just outside the house with my nephew Then, everytime he saw my coat he give to me and grab my hand towards the door (what he meant, he want to go outside)...My question is... Do autistic child had this kind of behavior or for a typical chil?

This is something common among all children. Kids are great at picking up on habits or routines. In this example, he learned that getting your coat on means you'll go outside. Since he doesn't have the words to communicate that he wants to go outside yet, he'll show you what he wants to do. As children's vocabularies grow, they will begin to use words more than showing you what they want.
