    This is more related to your off-season, but just out of a desire to learn, why did you and aj decide to go for a more “quick” rate of weight gain after the recovery period post show and not try to only gain like 1-2lb per month after you got to a good place? Would that have let you stay in a growth phase for longer, or am I not understanding part of it?

      In my opinion gaining like 1lb per month is pointless. When you’ve recovered and you’re still pretty lean, you can move quicker than that, otherwise you’re just spinning your wheels. There’s a sweet spot in my opinion based on the composition you’re at, going so so slow like that when I did (1lb a month) just saw barely anything change with performance!
