nobody is, they are almost all doing short oral cycles and for sure they all be taking insulin up to the last days prior to comp since insulin can't be tested for, idk about GH, maybe not all but for sure the ones that look the best, insulin is very potent drug people don't realize
but i must say Adam gives me genuine person vibes, i do think he is not lying and actually natty and all that good stuff
@@dontreadmyname4396 exogenous insulin actually will show on testing, maybe not on the ones they perform at the natural shows but on blood tests you can actually see if exogenous insulin is on your bloodstream on top of your natural insulin
