    can u do a bulking guide (talking about rate of gain, how to know to push food higher or when uve pushed up food to high week to week, how rate gain differs from different experience levels, & how to tell when ur putting on to much fat in comparison to much), also quick question whats a good calorie surplus to shoot for?

      awesome idea, i will 100% get this done, perhaps once im a little further into my growing phase! Typically, just aim to get bodyweight moving at a kg per month i would say, slowly increase food until you reach that point

    When you say you eat 130 g of cream of rice, how much regular rice would that be? I always thought cream of rice was a "bulk" food since it had much more calories than regular rice. But I really like that hack you did.
    And damn, you're dieting with 130g cream of rice. That just shows how intense your training is and how much muscle you pack, gz!

      So it’s the same as rice, exact same calories and weight. Also this diet is after the diet phase haha

      i would say my glutes and my chest have probably improved the most!

      Definitely is a mini cut for me, I do two diets, a prep (25-30weeks) or this diet phase which will always be 12 weeks

    When discussing numbers it really makes the viewing experience better if you overlay the numbers on the screen

      understood, do you mean bodyweight, or log book numbers?

      Just at the end when running through your macros it would be good to show them on screen, maybe a table or something? Numbers when just discussed can be hard to follow.
