Its great to see you guys having so much fun! I love that area where you live. I spent a few days there on my way home from my annual Florida Bike Week trip year before last. I wanted to see the civil war stuff. I had my custom Indian Chieftain in my Toy Hauler and camped in an RV park not far from your house. I spent several days riding the bike around the area and really fell in love with it. I love the history and the beauty of it around there. Tunnel Hill was pretty cool too. The battle field at Chickamauga was amazing. Davis Crossing, Ringold Gap are great memories. Keep enjoying your mechanical projects. Your attitudes are infectious. I hit the weather just perfect too. It was early April when I was there. I live near Seattle, WA. I have it on my list to come back for longer next time. I'm glad I found your channel!
Don't forget to bleed the air out of the top of the head when you refill the cooling system otherwise you'll blow the head gasket & warp the head. You should put the RZR up on the hoist and go over all the nuts & bolts, my RZR1000XP had a rattle from new coming from the rear, put it up on the hoist to service it at 25 hours and what do I see, the front pivot bolt on the trailing arm nyloc nut was just screwed on finger tight, the pivot bolt had been sliding in the housing and the trailing arm front pivot slapping around on the bolt, must have been a Friday car, it could have killed me if it came out.
I've been looking for utv rebuild videos and FINALLY found yours. Great video..Would be great to get a bsll park price you paid for it from the auction and parts etc for the rebuild...not hugely important but its great filler and nosey minds want to know lol. Personally, I'm too old for all the chit chat. Mostly because once you get to 40 years old, ones hearing perception changes..this only worsens as each year passes...Dude, I'm 6 years deep and I have to say thank God for the "Mute" option because it would have been 18:02 minutes of cats in a microwave if not. Don't take it wrong because it's a great video..im just old, it isn't your fault😂. Keep it up though, I hope there are many more to come..you'll get better at the chit chat with time just be normal and don't put much attention into being scripted just be off the Cuff and it'll be good. Good job
Love your videos I’m also from chattanooga TN. This is something I would really love to do one day I also got a jetski this summer it would be cool to ride over the summer. Also have a rzr it would be cool to get together and ride at prentice cooper or a place like that. Keep the up the good work! Love the videos!!
Danny going forward on your next project if you do this tube work, use a smaller tube to sleeve inside the larger tube so it has extra strength. This is how I cut a cage and re-do them so they are extra strong. You also will have a more contact on the weds so you can smooth them out nice and clean. You leave a small gap on the outside tube so you can fill in the weld and smooth that out. So if you use 1.5 OD X 1 ID (1/4 WALL), you use a 1-1/4" OD smaller tube as the inside sleeve. Anyway, keep up the cool builds and you all need to do a ride video at some offroad park with the Goonzquad when it is done.
Thank you! I do plan on putting the Can-Am vs RZR to the test when all the builds are ready to go! I really do appreciate the feedback and tips!! I will probably end up cutting the frame again and getting a sleeve in.
@@DannyTV7 Cool plan, look forward to that video. You can tell that you and the Goonzquad must of all grew up together as you all have the same comments, like dang son and legit, etc. I know they have a lot more subs, but I really do enjoy watching your videos and hop your channel grows just as big.
Is that just an older clip form the Goonzqaud Charger as they did the decals about two weeks ago during the Procharger install. Or are you running about two weeks behind? Either way no big deal and good to see Goonzqaud in your video as you all have been close friends for so long watching their older videos.
Danny Boy nice to see the Goon Squad drop by to pay their respects razor is going to fly you and Bob are going to have fun Bubba on the Can-Am at you on the razor.
Hate to be that guy but that needed to be sleeved not just a weld.....a mig welder isn't a cert to weld... seriously tho not trying to be a hater. Hard work pays off just do your research first
I’m just like y’all I love working on small engines and stuff fixing your own toys is always the best who need to pay 90$ plus dollars and hr when you can put your on labor to work lol
Since when is a ESAB Migmaster 250 Welder not a professional welder? That is what it looks like to me and is a pro welder. To give good advice going forward to Danny, use a smaller tube to sleeve inside the larger tube so it has extra strength. This is how I cup a cage and re-do them so they are extra strong. So if you use 1.5 OD X 1 ID (1/4 WALL), you use a 1-1/4" OD smaller tube as the inside sleeve.
@@DannyTV7 Stan "the man" Hah...grinder and paint, makes him the welder he ain't. That weld looks like hell. If you ever sell that rig, that's the lawsuit waiting to happen. No weld prep at all, just a spray and pray MIG welder. Professional equipment doesn't make one a professional welder. And, it's all on TH-cam for evidence. I like the concept, the execution leaves a lot to be desired.
Glad I was able to help! Stan the Man made it almost OEM
I appreciate the help bro!
Glad to see you’ve recovered from your accident (Vasily Customs).

Coming along really well lads. Keep up the good work, best channel by far on TH-cam for me.
Almost done ! Great work boys, gonna be ready to drive real soon. Great builds !
Thank you! Much respect I appreciate you being part of the DTV community!

Nice job with good progress Stan the Man knows how to weld it right.

Nice job man 🤙🏼 keep going
Thank you I appreciate the feedback and support!
hard work pays...you can turn 100/month into 100k/month like the goonzquad...keep grinding!!!
Very impressive how this build is coming along as you can tell you have limited knowledge on these. Interesting video
Enjoyed the new episode... I’ll be up in your neck of the woods this weekend..
Is that nifty Vasily machine capable of properly bending electrical conduit?
Depends on the wall thickness. Should be able to do 0.065" wall+
@@VasilyBuilds -> Thank You. Every electric power station should have several.
Awesome video hopefully I'll be able to do this in the future nice build
First LIKE! Love it!
Stay with the black and blue it looks sick as

You want your little brother keep doing it up the good work
You need a professional welder. Looks terrible, probably won't hold

He didn't mean the machine. The user is the problem
