Does this help with the Polaris pop & crunch when changing from R to L? Randomly my Pro xp does not completely engage waaa waaa. Thinking about this as my next upgrade.
It helps in the sense that when you shift you have confidence the shifter is where it needs to be. As long as the shift cable is adjusted correctly it shouldn’t be a problem. I absolutely love this shifter.

It's a great shifter. Works great. Now get the "spring brake thingy" for the brake pedal. It's a must have.
That is something on my to-do list!!
It will make a quick video, but the value is huge! Get that name brand one. You can lock it etc. Piece of mind at the campground at night etc.

The V.2 is so much nicer. I guess they thought about high and low gear climbing in the V.2.
Yeah the v2 came out shortly after I put this one in.

Being all metal does it get hot from the heat in the tunnel?
I haven’t noticed anything, but it’s aluminum so i don’t think it’ll get hot.
I have same machine and I just installed this, does yours go out of gear while in hi? mine does, not sure what's wrong.
No mine doesn’t, I’m guessing the cable needs to be adjusted
