I saw the winch box on the Can-Am and thought.... Cool. Go big or go home. Guess it wasn't for the Can-Am. Good job on the sleeving the pipes, some of us were concerned. And to Stan The Man... Happy Birthday........... from another "older Gentleman."
lrob Thank you brother! I will take that as a compliment and not in a sarcastic way but it all starts with a dream so I will give it all I have! Much respect for the support bro!
Hi Danny,,, HAPPY BIRTHDAY to your dad! I'm sure he's very proud that he raised two good sons. I always enjoy watching your videos. Keep up the good work! 👍😎👍
So Dany, again when the job is tough, nothing like screaming PAPA. 🤣🤣🤣 Just to make you jealous, this last weekend I went off-roading using shorts and a t-shirt. 80° Fahrenheit. Happy Birthday for your father. His best gift is probably looking at you and your brother working. Regards from Brazil.
Those connectors you want are called Roll Cage Tube Connector Bungs. Amazon has something similar as well as many other off road merchandisers. You probably paid a good price for that RZR. Around here, they want full price for wrecked rides. In their dreams!
I was watching a video from Watch Wes Work yesterday and he said something very poignant: The difference between a DIY’er and a professional is the professional knows how to fix his mistakes. I’m watching this video series because yesterday my new son in law barrel rolled his rzr three times with my 12 y/o son in it. Both are ok with only a few bumps and bruises but the rzr is not. We’ve got some repair work to do so I’m learning what I can before we tear into it. Great work so far. Appreciate the video series.
New subscriber here. Heard the issue of the binders not being able to be in correct length to cinch down. If you twist the chain it will tighten up and you can get a cinch on what was the loose link. Try it, it works.
Happy Birthday Stan the Man! Love how you boys take care of him ! Awesome work on the RZR. Almost ready to come off the frame machine. Love the variety of your channel. Keep up the good work ! Happy Thanksgiving boys.
First, happy birthday to your dad. He has tough you both well on frame work. Good to see you fixed the tube with sleeves and bent a whole new tube for that front bar. It will make it just as strong if not stronger. I have also done the holes drilled into the tube for extra strength, but did not mention that last time, so looks like you did some good research. As for the “clamps” they are either called Round ID Tube Clamp (INTERLOCKING) or RZR Cage Bungs and Disconnects Kit. Just search them on Google, not sure who has them for the best price as I have never ordered any.
Danny in Australia we use that type of joint for roll bars and get then from Summit USA Happy birthday to Stan as well he is a legend just like his sons
“I don’t work on Sunday” boy you’re out there filming that’s work. What you mean is you don’t do loud works on a Sunday. Either way it’s good to have a rest day. 👍
Safety concerned! You are a fabricator. I'd like to see you make something for you arm to help stabilize tools like the angle grinder. Lead by example👍
Danny, have fun with your RZR, but don't ever sell it. That repair on the chassis is sketchy as hell, especially on a RZR Turbo. A hard hit on that front right and that whole thing might just disintegrate. You never stated what you paid for it, but if you didn't go big, you probably could have made money parting it out. I love your passion, but the execution is scary.
Respect you wanting to fix it yourself however, the chassis should have been replaced on this razor, the turbo xps are a very high performance machine and if any of that patch work lets go at 50+mph it will be totally disastrous results, a hit as hard as that took there is more chassis damage than that one tube you fixed and pulling the chassis on a razor isnt like a car, you have now weakened all the welds, the fact the passenger door didnt shut in previous videos means the main chassis craddle is bent as well, it will never feel 100% right without replacing the chassis, i just hope nobody buys the machine from you guys and drives it like they would expect a turbo to preform and something let go and get someone hurt
Much respect to you man I see your heart doing all this work with one hand and even having a TH-cam channel much respect to you❤️
