    Sunscreen! Sunscreen! Sunscreen!
I'm often asked what I'm using on my 60 year old face, as it is free of wrinkles other than expression lines on the forehead (and smile lines).
The answer is sunscreen. My mother had a serious skin cancer when young, and pushed her daughters to use sunscreen. Thanks, Mom!

Sorry your mom had to go thru that, But she gave you guys such a good lesson! ...... and we are so blessed to have our expression lines it shows us was an amazing life we have had! My little wrinkles on my forehead are the worry I had for my son when he would go out for his first driving test and become a father and my smile lines are all the joy that my friends and my family bring to me! Many people never get old enough to have those expression lines. I am brace them. I still want to stay young! Lol but I am brace what I have! ❤️❤️

When they stopped making it was when I started having problems. I looked everywhere for something similar with the AHA's but could not find it. This was before a little while before the skincare industry exploded so you either had cheap products or very expensive products that were hard to seek out and get. And if you did get them It was hard to know what you were actually getting sometimes. It would be nice to know the difference between all the different kinds of AHA's, BHA's, and PHA's and what are best for what along with good products for each. XXX'S

Could you address the dangers of still baking in the sun when you're wearing sunscreen? I have a friend who spends hours baking in the sun at the beach, still gets very tan, but thinks she's OK because she's wearing sunscreen. (?) Her dermatologist has told her she only needs to come in for a skin check every 5 years because she doesn't have a lot of moles. (?) She has blue eyes and brown hair and light to medium skin and is in her mid 40s. Curious your thoughts on this.

Oh I just starting using the CERAVE skin renewing retinol serum yesterday from your past video! But... I didn't realize that there was another cerave resurfacing retinol serum for acne! Is the licorice root the only difference between these two? I'll give it a try after I finish with my current retinol because I do have acne and I get scar easily from anything!

I started wearing sunscreen only last year September of 2020 until now. I can say that my face is looking great now although I get some breakouts. Sunscreen made my skin have a nice texture. The moisturizer that I use is spreading easily. The fine lines on the forehead become less visible. I do have an acne scar but I do not care about it. I'm only 17 years old btw. :))
    my everyday routine is basic:
    AM
Cetaphil Oily or Gentle Skin Cleanser
    Altruist SPF 50 Sunscreen
    PM
Cetaphil Oily or Gentle Skin Cleanser (sometimes twice if my sunscreen don't dissolve yet)
    (damp wet skin)
    Illiyoon Ato Cream
    Nivea Lip Balm
:now my dermatologist told me to incorporate Tretinoin 0.05% because I have pimples or acne, especially I have fine lines until now, some scars and blackheads or whiteheads

And it's really nice !! But I am mostly glad that u opened my eyes to the wide range of unscented moisturizer available in the market ( and which r good brands ). I really wished they mentioned the percentage of retinol in their formula, also I'd love to see a new Cerave Retinol serum with a bit higher dose of retinol. now I only use Cerave Renewing Retinol serum around my eyes and use something that I feel is slightly stronger on my face.

I just got the CeraVe hydrating tinted sunscreen because I figured you use it and I love it!

I got the Derma E sunscreen powder and loved it at first. But…it quickly became difficult then impossible to get it to come out, then the top wouldn’t stay on and I had to use a rubber band to secure it. I finally got so frustrated with the packaging I threw it away. I could see at least half the product was still there - but if you can’t get it out why bother carrying it around? Now I’m using a sunscreen powder (Physicians Formula) that comes in a compact. I see Dr Dray likes an Avene sunscreen in a compact so I may try that one next.

The Cerave tinted mineral sunscreen is my new foundation. It's all I use unless I need the random full beat for a special occasion. Also I'm older. It's all about the glow and less is more for me. It makes me look significantly younger IMO. Also a little goes a long way...it's a small bottle but lasts forever....and is like $14. 10/10 recommend from this old lady, lol.
