    I also still do the balance exercises every day have them memorized now ! Balance has. Improved greatly.

    I do like having different sets of exercise to try for different purposes. As they are all recorded, it offsets any potential monotony in solitary sessions. This channel is SO useful. There were things here I've never tried before!

    That was a another good one. I am not supposed to be doing squats and lunges, for now, anyway, due to a recent surgery, so I did balance exercises during those ones. I found the one leg and standing on toes challenging. I managed it, though, yet, one side was easier than the other.

    Hi Mike! I can't tell you how I have searched for a routine that I could manage.
    They are just right to get me to help get to that next level where I'm having difficulty with.
    I loved the 5 minute videos and now doing your 10-15 minute ones.

    My favorite part? Standing on tiptoes, especially the last segment = one leg at a time. Makes the muscles in my calves feel 'happy', especially because I have learned that those muscles help my ankles too. p.s. I added a top-of-the-foot stretch also, rolling toes under afterward. Perfect sequence for me to use again when watering tiny plants at the museum this morning!

    I liked this video.i have difficulty walking because of leg pain. So I have been doing the various leg strengthening exercises. I am very flat footed. Even with new orthotics, I find the heel raises very difficult. I had to sit to do them. But I have also noticed that my lunges are improving. One day at a time.

    First time seeing the video.I find it very interesting and encouraging! Will surely keep doing those exercises since I have difficulty with painful legs and calves especially when walking long distances .

    Leg strengthening workout, exactly what I need as I have bilateral arthrosis on both knees. The exercises were great although a bit difficult to do, no pain, therefore perfect for me. Thank you Mike.

    Great exercises again from my favorite slave driver, I mean exercise guru. LOL!! I am not able to do all of these at this time.I found out I have a hairline fracture in my left foot. I do what can and will do the entire routine when I am healthy again. Thank you Mike.

    I do the exercises daily to strengthen my legs but my inner thighs are quite weak and sometimes they cramp. Is there an exercise for inner thighs? Keep up the great work

      Hey Paul. This is actually quite common. It will improve. I suggest working your glutes, your adductors (inner thighs) are taking on the work when other areas should be. I recommend supplementing with the standing core and glute exercises, plus the bridge exercise is a great exercise to implement also. Seen in this video: th-cam.com/video/fpACMqKAx3g/w-d-xo.html

    Hi there, Mike! Just viewed your leg exercise routine which you extracted from one of your longer routines. I remember it well. Excellent idea: there are days when I choose a la carte exercises rather than an entire routine. Split stance partial squats are not for me: my knees can't withstand working alone without assistance from it's mate. So too full squats. But I make do and my thigh muscles' strength can attest to working hard on alternative exercises you provide. Please add this single leg exercise to your compilation. I'm guessing you'll place it in MISCELLANEOUS. I'll find it regardless. Many, many thanks. I so enjoyed your personal tidbits. Do continue! Safe travels south!...Anastasia

    I'm 71 and I try and do the exercises every day, I feel refreshed and relax when I'm done, I do the 35,min and two more, the one for stronger legs and the upper body if I don't have the time. I have a rotator cuff tear which is calcified so I'm in a little bit of pain at the moment,. What can I do to ease the pain.

    How often should I do your exercises, for how long and how many days a week.,I was doing different ones every day for 45 minutes twice a day but started getting a lot,of stiffness in my knees and legs and was told you should only do it once a day, 3 times a week.is that enough ? Guess I was pushing it as after stopping the daily routine I feel a lot better as my,legs are not stiff anymore with this new shorter routine. I am 79 years old and this injury was from a fall.

      Could you tell me if 45 minutes a day, 3 days a week,is enough for me at my age to regain the strength in my legs. I was diagnosed with rhabdomyolysis.
