Good interviews as always! For my experience with software teams, hunting for that "big why" or using "positive psychology" might not be best ways to drive change (or even understand oneself). A straight-forward way might be building smaller (atomic) habits or rituals. Mentally seeing a huge change rather as an interesting journey or a temporary experiment works for some to bring in big results. Reverse methods could also help, like asking "How would I mess this change up?". Disclosing sabotage patterns is another way forward. I'll be putting up videos on change sometime this year. That's exactly what we do in our 12 step recovery program. I'm glad to see these tools reaching the masses. I often say how grateful I am to be in recovery. The tools work with LIFE, not just alcohol and drugs. Thank you for this video. 😌🙏
Like your programs, Mark, but have to say that you might want to get a clue from your guest's facial expressions whether droning on and on about that church's social programs was more than sufficient. Makes wonder if I were your patient, would you be a good listener?
